Scarborough used to be my second home many years ago and the BEST medium/rare steaks I ever had were upstairs in this pub when it was The Pickwick. I stayed in The Clifton, about as far North that you could get a Scarborough hotel but I always loved to walk to Huntriss Row (Scarborough's most expensive street) for my piece of dead cow LOL

Business rates can be at least 6 times council tax and are ruining many businesses deliberately.
