- Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal questioned feasibility of PM Modi's claim that Congress planned to put a 'Babri lock' on the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Sibal also criticised PM Modi's statement that the BJP-led NDA needed a 400-seat mandate to prevent Congress from bringing back Article 370 in Kashmir.
