Turmeric, quality olive oil, chia seeds, ginger, morenga powder, local honey, stay hydrated, eat responsibly and you will be healthy. Also a brisk walk 15 minutes every other day. Start healthy habits young and they will carry through to old age!

I saw dis at 49.2 at dragon oil today
They do and public schools still have another month left my friend. Diesel under 50 pesos per litre is pretty good to see. Hopefully inflation can ease and people can reduce costs a bit for one and all 😊
JANE'S sisters daughter remind's me of Janelle was her age and she is now 12 and taking her last exams at the end of the month before the summer break and i know how you feel when the whole family get together

Jane does not use a lot of harsh makeup, she's uses minimal makeup if any at all. But she is a beautiful woman. She has natural beauty. You both make a handsome couple.
