The camera was totally still at this precise moment. Also, as you know, hot air balloons move very slowly unless the winds are strong. I don't see how this could be a camera flare. It has it's own movement.
To Jeremy - You are right, the green dot is a reflection of my lens. Orbs, when caught on video look mostly white and just as the spot light from a flash light. I have captured more orbs on video and will be posting the video shortly.
Maybe a lens flare on this one... it seems to move with the camera motion, whatyu think?

Also, I was using my iPhone... With such a tiny camera.
