This is a good gamble for Staios, Ress can bounce back playing consistently w the same team and guys. Worth the risk in my opinion
He is exactly the kind of player they should be targeting. Given the fact that his development has kept on improving , a 6th rounder is nothing for a prospect that's having an off year.
8:24 I think this trade could be amazing for Belleville hopefully bolstering up for a playoff run.
As a huge Sens fan we will take anything promising right now
good low risk trade that adds depth to Belleville
Ive had the pleasure of being able to watch him the last few games at the checkers games and getting his signature he has actually impressed me even with his points for the season being so low. I really hope he does good for the sens im sad to see him go even after only a few games.
Checkers season ticket holder here he played pretty terrible with a lot of bad pim minutes
If Staios finds the right connection of centers, then its Staios that's going to look like the savior of the club. Seeing 2 C/lws come over in the same day, means Staios is open for business. Smart moves, low dollar risk and no high draft picks gone.
Carolina's farm team has young Suzuki, yes. Ryan Suzuki playing with Springfield too.
Like you said, put a great player on farm teams of insanely skilled nhl teams that won’t give him a shot is the problem.
Hate to see Jamison leave the Canes system. But the Canes have so many prospects that it was going to be hard for him to make the Big club.
Our lack of an AHL team has made every prospect tradable
Lots of upside on this player Sens acquired!
I'm really glad Ottawa made the playoffs this year. After the last 4 years of promises, I was afraid they were going to do it again this year!
Not done....yet
very nice
Don’t get me wrong, I hope you are right but this seems like a irrelevant trade
I watch him in Charlotte he is
Bellevilles trying to win the coldercup.
Will it get the Sens in the playoffs after 8 years missing 🤔 er I think not Sens suck 😜with the quality of some of the players they have shouldn’t be missing the playoffs again this year imho, they should be well ahead of the Redwings in their rebuild 🤔😏🙄
lol no. Redwings just need to get there feet wet, but look out, as a Sens fan, Detroit is going to be scary for years to come.
@@matthewgregory8218 they said the same thing about the Sens years ago still waiting 🤔😏🙄
@@Woody13ify ya, i think the window is closed for Ottawa, but you are finally starting to see Detroit maybe make the playoffs this year
Hardly "amazing"
Yikes
No matter how you may want to dress it up, this is a nothing burger. IS this what the StaioPLAN us all about?
This is really now to hopefully get Belleville in the playoffs and beyond.
