Yes, the drummer's name is Nao, and she's incredibly skilled. Akane, another great drummer from BAND-MAID, has been significantly influenced by her.

Yes sir. *MAXIMUM THE HORMONE* is very super cool but it's very super out there somewhere. That's the fun of them.
I just can't get enough of that track! It is definitely my favorite MTH track.
Nao (the drummer) inspired Akane of BAND-MAID to play drums and probably several more of the current crop of amazing female drummers in Japan.
Nemophila's Tamu was as well and like you said, there are without a doubt more.
Nao has influenced an entire generation of women, not just musicians but entertainment industry ones as well. She was the first major figure to forgo retirement after having kids. Now you can be a mom with a family and still be a bada$$ muscian.

I know OvD/Black Kucing did videos about it and I am pretty sure I watched at least one of those.
Hanabie also started as a cover band for them too.
Straight into Hanabie, makes sense.

MTH are the ultimate (hardcore) party band. I'll be very curious what he thinks of Hanabie.
