Out of all the Araxxor guides i’ve watched, this one is by far the best 4 mins of my life invested.

Perfect guide, currently perfected minion path and it's honestly my favourite, darkness is fun, haven't had acid path yet as only started arraxi today
Remember, web and mirror spiders will reflect instant kill from necro power armor so bring tank gear if you have it to avoid stress

A big tip for anyone that sucks at prayer switching for Araxxi just stand melee distance to her and pray melee and you'll take less damage overall than failing prayer flicks.
I suck at it, because it takes like 600ms to change prayers for some reason.

mid path 54% acid is enough cuz 50% to fill ramp and 4% for lure up, then you can ignore eggs if its under rax so would push out from filling, for acid spider you can just barricade cuz will have enough time to rebuild for p3, for cleace ypu can just stand on second to last tile on top of ramp and just press freedom or anticipation b4 every 5th boss auto attack

Interesting, after getting T90 tank armor I finally managed to kill him. BUT, phase 3 is hell. Takes 5 times as long as the rest of the fight combined, and uses almost all my food.
Phase 4 is cake in comparizon.
should be noted that if you have darkness ability unlocked, it can be used with all styles, which makes the fight easier, same applies for invoke death which makes the last phase against araxxi much quicker
invoke death does not work with the other combat styles. you'll need a necromancy attack to apply the mark, and only necromancy attacks will trigger the mark. Darkness does work with other styles, so do the bone shields

Im pretty sure with large enough damage, when you get arraxi to 0 hp in p1 and keep bursting him, he no longer spawns adds on p3. just a note
Probably should say freedom and anticipation only reduce from webbing cocoon prior to being coccooned.

Can you do some 4 min boss guides for alot of the newer bosses and best bosses for ranged,
I’d recommend using Necro. Even faster, bring whatever weapon at the start to focus on drops but then switch back to Necro. Faster than a sub 4 min kill
4 minutes stands for guide to the boss in 4 minutes haha :)
Yeah I bring a magic Main then swap to Necro again for that scythe hilt

Is there a reason why the bottom leg piece(darkness path) wont drop? Im pretty sure I killed him over 70 times and it still won’t drop
ive been able to get sub 3 minute kills with necro for top path :o though its usually sub 4 minutes, never tried to do the skip though
so because of how slow p1 and p2 are, you cant really kill the boss much faster? unless you take the minion path and run all the way to p3? cuz the acid pool and arrow key phases take so much longer than other phases i swear
My fellow necromancers: theres one thing you NEED to be careful of. If Arraxor/Arraxi gets hit with crackling or your death mark (either from the ability or the t90 power set effect) proc's while under the web shield, it will reflect all of the damage and basically instakill you. This is especially a problem in phase 1 where Arraxor keeps regenerating health and can be death marked/executed multiple times in rapid succession. More than one occasion I have been reflected a death mark execution while under web shield and saved by my defense cape perk on my igneous kal-mor only to be insta-killed again because death mark was immediately reapplied and quickly sent to deaths office.
So, basically... fight Araxxor with Deathdealer robes at your own risk. ⚠

as of 120 necro ive officially killed it twice in a duo. I have never been able to do this thing even with 99 dungeoneering or whatever.

They are on my list but I've not found the time to get working on those. You could potentially follow the necro guide monster wise if u you have the salve amulet e.

Thanks for making this guide so straight to the point. I found Araxxor much easier than Telos, I guess because there's no instakill mechanics unless you damage it at the wrong time. I killed Araxxor successfully first time in the beta servers and then the main game. I died 4 times to Telos before I got my shard! Both definitely got the heart rate up lol. Now just to get a friend to dart Amby for me :')
I just realised I was going to put out my spiders in the medium pens in POF for the damage boosting perk and completely forgot! hah

can i bait rax to be melee when im using necro if i take a ranged weapon?
That makes him spawn in magic form.
I bring a melee main hand to force a ranged spawn. I find rax hits harder with melee, why do you want melee spawn?

Is it worth having a Araxyte Pheromone on me to force a weaker combat style when running Araxxor with necromancy? Will it even make a difference?
there is no weaker combat style, necro is outside the combat triangle.
Just funny only slaying tasks needed for me to unlock completionist cape. I'm always bad at bossing like needed to waste much more supplies and death cost penalty in one session but never really accomplished from Araxx because of panic, phobia and shits. If only practice mode will recover all used supplies after battle.
6 years past after my last online, I still don't think can make it and I think also much harder gameplay on mobile platform. Bossing usually requires many windows to open simultaneously like prayer, ability, spell, slot for equip change, potion sets, familiar. So far only RuneScape has that complexity. How dare others compare RS to WoW. WoW still can't catch up what vastness of content RS had. Although I'm way too behind with the new contents and actual gameplay, what I still enjoyed and keep entertained is reading stuffs from RS Wiki on latest news.
idk why everyone says minion is most difficult, i find it the easiest. especially with necro, just burst dmg the minions

This was helpful up until phase 3.. I picked acid path, but in phase 3 the boss is just constantly healing and summoning spiders none stop, I couldn't do anything to it, had to leave.
Thats normal, eventually the boss will stop healing. You had path 1&2 open (1 for minions)

EDIT: Okay it's a time thing after awhile they stop healing but I'm completely out of food and had leave again... This boss isn't for me

I have the stats and funds todo this boss but I have not once ever tried it because it seems too complicated and I have the attention span of a goldfish.
If you suck at prayer flicking on the last phase just stand melee distance and pray melee and she'll use all 3 styles but melee more active it seems.

I don't know what's wrong but my arrow keys don't work on this boss.
My character just stands there like a dumbass while the spider is charging no matter how many times I press the keys

Are you taking about the "lumbridge strikes back achievement"? Do it using full bronze + bronze crossbow, except you can use an off-hand ascension crossbow to do it. You can use high tier ammo as you please
