I'm so jealous of you in north america who get to experience this, the coolest truck/bus things we have here are the Scania V8s, which sound good but detroits are really cool

Detroits we’re becoming rare at the time of your comment, imagine how hard it must be to find a single vehicle with a 2-stroke jimmy today in 2023?

Sean, my district previously had 1990 crown supercoach second gen which was numbered as B-62 and it had an engine of Detroit diesel 6v92, but, from now on, that bus was retired.

I'm more interested in the crown super coach series ii with any Detroit diesel engine with the MT 644 or ht 740 - 748 Allison automatic transmission I can draw one with a destination sign up top someone should buy one and converted from a 6v92 to the 8v71 or 8v92 TA Detroit diesel engine but that combination will be impossible for that reason

The MT647 replaced the MT644 after 1984, while the HT747 replaced the HT740 in February 1983 for some bus applications. All of the Crown Super IIs with the 6V92TA did have the MT647 as a standard feature (the electronically-controlled MT648 ATEC was optional).
