Saw Mike Busking in Edinburgh a few years back now and heard the story and the song and was reduced to years, possibly my favourite musician ever!

Someone shouted "Sanitäter" which means paramedic in German.
It struck me as quite genius - with just one word the woman called out for help, made sure paramedics came AND let everyone in the audience know help was on the way. This way there was as little excitement as possible!

Hey, fun fact😮.yes somebody calls for an ambulance.i was on that konzert and another a year ore two years later in hamburg. on exactly the same part on that two konzerts somobody calls for an ambulance.🤔
