Where is Hong Kong BNOER ?
According to a news article from Hong Kong Free Press1, over 144,000 Hongkongers have moved to the UK in the two years since the launch of the BNO visa scheme on January 31, 2021. The scheme allows BNO passport holders and their dependents to live, work and study in the UK for up to five years, and provides them a pathway towards permanent residency and citizenship, but why no Hong Konger in the street?
I guess because 144,000 people are easily lost in a population of over 60 million.
