I have the fan and the misting attachment and I really like the mist feature, although it will be a lot better when it gets hot outdoors. I thought maybe this video would have extra info about it. @Shark Home I received the delivery of my new Shark FlexBreeze last week and finally has time to assemble today.
Unfortunately, there was no bolt of Allen key. I carefully looked everywhere, in every single white bag and in all the cubby holes of the packing material; and in with ziplock with the misting attachment, but it was nowhere to be found.,
I have it assembled, with no bolt holding the base in place, but I would like to get the bolt, so it can be attached properly.
I only need the bolt, as I have a screwdriver set, that includes all the allenkey bits.
Can you direct me as to how to get the missing bolt?

Shark Home- your marketing dept have dropped a massive clanger here as the main selling point, aka the mist feature, is not mentioned whatsoever?
Can you adjust the height or is it fixed at that height?
Hey there! The height can't be adjusted.
Professional to a fault, one could say, even though there's a natural smile in the voice of the instructor, it's not a come buy this wonderful product video. Nor does it deal with the mister as err, as advertised.
This video is one of those entitled sthg like
"Congratulations on your purchase, here's what you do when you unbox the product" ones.
It's (not) all very well politely replying with the stock,
"we'll pass on your comments"
answer, eminently professional as that may sound.
The fabulous fan falls at the first hurdle every moment this misnomer of a mist-buster video remains up and without correction.
Could do better, as schoolmasters were wont to say.

Why is the pedestal so short
@@lodo6642 because their R&D didn’t think of tall people or that other competitors can extend their pole to make the fan taller or change the height. This was left out of typical Shark. I bought from Costco and although it is a very good fan and I can feel the power of the breeze, but I had to put this on a chair because I can adjust the height of the pole.
