My favorite part of this reaction was towards the end when they all three are intensely watching and legitimately trying to figure out what is going to happen next or what is going on in the plot, like they completely forgot it was nonsensical for a minute and were completely drawn into the plot of the movie LOL!!!
Me too. I think a Chinese financier got cold feet and didn't come up with about 12 million. So they had to sue them. However the latest news is that the producer said it would come out in 2022!
He's got a lot of fighters covered. Guile, Liu Kang, Jax, Johnny cage, Sub-Zero. Kung Fury should make an appearance in a DLC in at least some kind of fighting game. I bet it would be a top seller I bet.
The thing with the moustache was mostly a little special thing for us swedes, I think. With Björn Gustavsson and that other dude from Parlamentet that I don't remember the name of.
Out of all the reaction content I watch, I always check Blind Wave first. The cream of the crop for reaction content. Never change. You guys are nailin it.
The hilarious thing about this is that the creator(s) is/are totally 80's kids. So, in a lot of games, when it came to "INTERACTING" with things, on a CONSOLE (as computers were not a thing earlier in the epoch) "INTERACTING" with something, generally, meant "attacking" it or "actioning" it - throughout this video, I get the distintinct impression of a 90's kid and their interaction with games of that era ;D If you were going to "interact' with something, it was usually the right-side "action" button which meant x-button on x-gamepad ;D And, for me, that was the SNES gamepad, the PS1 gamepad and other such things. It is absolutely brilliant that "interacting" with his car, or "x" object in Kung Fury meant the "action" button, or interaction, which was usually the 6-o'clock button and Z button. It makes SO MUCH SENSE in the logic on the 80's and 90's that it's hard to explain, but easy to explain to a person of the similar timeframe.
-Who are you? -My name!... is Barbarianna! -(background music: coming of the mountains, she's a killer-machine! XD) -What year is this? -It's the Viking Age -That explains the Laser-Raptor!... Fuck!... Went to far back in time!
OMF I had never even heard of this film before, hahahahaha!!! Wandering through reactors and found you guys doing this and decided to watch it 'with' ya's - loaded it up in another tab, watched a bit and came back here to let you guys catch up. Hilarious stuff. Reminds me quite a bit of 'The Kentucky Fried Movie' from way back in 1977. Love to see you guys react to that one, hahahahaha. Trust me - it's one of those films you will never forget, hahahaha.
No, the shots when he went to the wiking age were shot in Iceland i belive. And some were shot in LA or something simular. Most of it were obviously put together in post production.
20:24 that feeling when you enabled an action by hitting x-button and you knew, because you were enabling an "action" and it was, in that context, against the "environment" against "actors" ;D You could, then, simply hit or mash the *action* button to account for x-interaction and, thus, You could essentially hold "X", the action buton (I'm from the 80's/90's and I am an SNES brat) sometime, and expect it to count/register as a valid action in the game world. So, you wouldn't necessarily be "doing" anything but you would still "act" ;D As much as a kid can from their controller.
Fun little fact guys in the scene with the police in it they only had one uniform so when ever you see two of them on screen at the same time that's two different takes of the same scene.
I actually had a Power Glove. Goddamn thing wasn't *completely* useless, but the technology was so basic and it barely worked for most games. It was functional, but it often didn't quite get your movements right. Fucking movie "The Wizard" convinced me that it was amazing. Fuck that movie (but also, it's amazing, even though it's terrible).
I agree with your reactions, from the astonishing scenes to dad's puns. I love this movie, and watched many times. =] But... what Aaron does with his chest at 31:05?? Bionics working...?
"That explains the Laser-Raptor" I always lose it at that point.
huswsimonbla lol me too I'm like wtf so casual like that was normal xD
Hahahaha, me too. Viking age = laser raptors, lol
The two "german" guys arguing on the bench beside the tank are swedish comedians :)
they don't speak German too
that i can confirm, as a german. they seem to speak some sort of Comedy-german, similar to Chaplins speak in the great dictaor, just less aggressive
Ulrich Kälber nah they are speaking Swedish with just some made up german accent
Thats the best scene by far lol
My mustache .... my my mustache
"Why is he British?" Because that's how bipedal talking dinosaur cops talk.
David Hasselhoff sings during the credits
It's such a good song! My favorite of 2017 easy! Or was 16. I've lost track. Bug yeah it's called True Survivor! It's so good!
@@zeterzero4356 I was at a concert and between the pre band and the actual band the song played
@@newbiesama Amazing.
Yes, the guys missed that. Here the Music video: czcams.com/video/ZTidn2dBYbY/video.html
"my name's katana"
Pans to gal holding an Uzi
Always lose it at that 😂 just kills me how she doesn't even have a sword, possibly my favourite part
My favorite part of this reaction was towards the end when they all three are intensely watching and legitimately trying to figure out what is going to happen next or what is going on in the plot, like they completely forgot it was nonsensical for a minute and were completely drawn into the plot of the movie LOL!!!
Internal head canon, it is secretly a recruiting video by Director Deke Shaw for S.H.I.E.L.D.
this was made in Sweden btw
+Firestorm Cowboy Tank.. you.........
Who cares?
That explains the swedish the german spoke while being in an english movie, cracked me up the most tho
Evil Gary Tack***
Luckily not in British. you will be locked up for make fun of NAZI in British.
this movie is 100% hilarious, everything has no sense, EVERYTHING xDDD
27:30 "They have NO relationship!"
...we just went through ALL the other stuff and THIS is the part that makes no sense?
Still waiting on that sequel all these years later. Hoping you guys will react to it whenever it comes out.
Me too. I think a Chinese financier got cold feet and didn't come up with about 12 million. So they had to sue them. However the latest news is that the producer said it would come out in 2022!
IMDb says it's coming out November this year
hi, im from the future ( day after expected release funnily enough) still not anywhere to be seen :(
Dude you were supposed to watch David Hasselhoff sing at the end. It was a blast. Lol!
Those nazi soldiers talking about their mustaches are actually two Swedish comedians.
yeah that cought me ofguard xD
Do you mean they are not real nazi soldiers?
Yeah truly, innocent people just sitting down having a talk.
Google "Kung Fury 2" :O
2018 guys, the sequel is coming! :D
51TGM71 those actors talking were the funniest parts of the movie
He's got a lot of fighters covered. Guile, Liu Kang, Jax, Johnny cage, Sub-Zero. Kung Fury should make an appearance in a DLC in at least some kind of fighting game. I bet it would be a top seller I bet.
+Christopher Taylor yeah kung fury for street fighter5 and mkx. Id buy that for a dollar
Ken Higgins Hahah Robocop reference.
Did you notice how, when Thor shows up, the music becomes the Terminator theme? Another 80's reference! This movie is awesome!
The guy in the middle is the best! Funny and smart comments.
I was watching this and then it just occurred to me that I'd rather watch the movie again instead.
Everything about Kung fury is just pure gold
"Teamwork is very important" I loved that so much XD
It's been almost 5 years! we need a sequel!
Yeah ge survived in the metall eagle!
The thing with the moustache was mostly a little special thing for us swedes, I think. With Björn Gustavsson and that other dude from Parlamentet that I don't remember the name of.
+Saint Jimmy magnus betner.
+Saint Jimmy
magnus betner?
How could they NOT laugh out loud at EVERYTHING in the scene which starts at 8:13???
Probably the best short independent film ever made. You would think the special fx would be terrible, but it is done very well.
No the best film ever made
i love how it takes the piss out of every 80s trope ever
The product placement was my favorite... OMG, such Miami Vice vibes XD
You read it from an avocado🥑
The "nazis" were Magnus Betnér and Björn Gustafsson, two of Sweden's most famous comedians (here, they're not very international). Hillarious guys.
This is the greatest movie ever made.
Change my mind.
Turbo Kid is pretty good too!
@@jlinkous05 I think I know what your talkin about and its pretty good
First American reaction I've seen that actually caught the jokes & irony, rather than just focusing on the over the top violence.
I love how Hackerman’s door has a sticky note on it reading “AFK”
18:18 TANK U!
man it's so sad that all those beautiful references to 80's action movie cliché's are going to waste on the young audience.
Agree. Someone should make a video breaking down all the cool references.
No I don't think so. There are many cop-movies from the time that are still popular for example.
18 years old, didn't miss a joke. Feel better.
\m/
i'm 14 years old and i gotall of them damnit.
ecke1010 dunno, i just saw so many old references, like that damn powerglove
I cant wait to see part 2 but its going to be tough to top this one.

Triceracop, what a savage. Shooting all those guys in the nuts.
also he probably went back in time, to stop the cheif and those other cops from dying
It was actually a huge group of people after the Kickstarter. They hired a company called Fido to do all the CGI work.
I was there in the 80s. Can confirm that this movie is 100% accurate.
-Who are you?
-My name!... is Barbarianna! -(background music: coming of the mountains, she's a killer-machine! XD)
-What year is this?
-It's the Viking Age
-That explains the Laser-Raptor!... Fuck!... Went to far back in time!
Not sure why this showed up on my suggested list today, but I'm so glad it did. That was amazing. :)
Calvin enjoyed the movie the most hahaha

These are some legit reactions! And you guys get all the jokes and such haha. Awesome movie.
I think all the location shots were from Sweden.
In a basement, they only used a greenscreen.

If i remember correctly im pretty sure They were filming the viking age in norway
Thank you BlindWave for this movie. I had no idea about it and it was dang AWESOME!!
love the attempt to figure out the movie at the end.....lol did you not watch any of it? There's no reason to this thing; just greatness.
Totally agree...WHO CARES..The movie is brilliant...
Seen this movie so many times its great. Hackermans theme is so epic. "Is this the police" bit gets me everytime.
You guys should also watch the title song and videoclip by David Hasselhoff himself. And yes, that was really his voice in the movie.
I am proud of being Swedish 😂
Test Hobo you really should be
And people hate us because we have some feminists and let people into our place, it's like they only put ''Negative'' in the filter.
24:22 There are many references throughout this production. This is just overload
Nice review, guys! Loved it!
im using this as excuse to watch it again
ive watched the original too many times to be healthy
The guy on the far right...dude please...
EDIT: and by the way, a Swastika is not a Nazi symbol.
LittleBoxxx x I was going to film a reaction video for this video but I don't think youtube allows videos of someone shitting...
Kung Fury and DOOM are in the same part of my brain
"But it looks so real!!!" 😆😂 25:03
The moustache scene was fucking hilarious
They’ve seen it before... they announce Hackerman before his appearance.
They are using subtitles
i wish that they can react to the song to this movie called true survivor
This is a love letter to the 80s and I love it
I subscribed the minute Eric knew what tracking was. These are my peoples.
The singer at the end was the Hoff I love it
could tell the guy in the middle was really loving it. I had a similar reaction to it 😂
Nice "reaction" vid guys :) Love it a lot :)
The mustache bit is by far the best.
20:34 Sir, it was a kickflip
iMDB says there will be a second Part in 2018. I'm so looking foward to it....
I can't wait!
@@LastBastian well, that explains 2020...
watching this again post End Game, I can't help but notice similarities.
Kung fu hussle is another great one
Being an 80's kid, they got the cheesy cheesy action movie down set. This movie isn't supposed to be taken seriously ppl
Can't believe you picked up the Knight Rider reference but completely missed the 2001: A Space Odyssey reference.
None of them registered that the "german" guys were talking Swedish, Americans language experts are not.
We all want more.
Am I the only one watching the movie at the same time, synchronizing each other?
Note to self: Show my uncle Kung Fury
Reminder to you about your reminder
Tiger's online games I showed my English teacher this. She loved it
its what is called a time paradox.

This goes beyond ridiculous. This is a masterpiece.
It is such a good movie it is fkn insane how good it is!
This movie should have been a lot longer. I love this shit.
not a word for Katana and Barbarianna and a massive reaction for Thor?
I feel offended! 🤣
Gotta love the reaction of naming Hackerman before they introduced him... Impressed you didn't know the bad guy was Hitler before hand.
Knowing Swedish makes that scene with the tank and two nazis 10 times better because they speak Swedish AND German.
They talked during the best part.
Cool.
You're under arrest. For disrupting justice!!!
This is too brilliant for its own good...especially with the “Tracking”.
Eric, you kind of have a young George Lucas look going on haha
Fun little fact guys in the scene with the police in it they only had one uniform so when ever you see two of them on screen at the same time that's two different takes of the same scene.
+brownwindedangel thats funny :)
I suspect there is also only one "nazi with gasmask" outfit
there's actually a game for this movie for phones
why am I just knowing about Kung Fury... greatest movie ever made 😂💀.. that phone shooting scene at 8:40 had me dying.. broooooo 🤣🤣🤣🤣

To truly understand and appreciate this movie, you must have grown up during the 80's.
nice gatekeeping
A new one is supposed to come out this year
Ah Spoofs, I couldn't live without them.
How the fuck have I never seen this movie before. CZcams algorithm working correctly for the first* time.
Man If I didn't like this, how many more of their videos did I forget to like
do they notice the puns???? The puns are the best part!!!
i can tell guy on the left really enjoyed it
Kung Fury is pretty much a KoF or Tekken backstory
Streaming on Netflix as of this post date (10-23-15 )... Mot sure how long it will stay... :)
Oh man, old scool man
22:17 So this is where the Russos got the Avengers assemble final fight scene in endgame.
