I have three, thriving baby girls, and my day is structured around their feeding, free roaming, play and bedtime / breakfast. Please try to recognise that your life is not empty. Hey Sam! I’ve loved your videos. Thank you for being a great Ferret parent and sharing your experiences. I’m also sorry for your loss. About 25 y ago, I owned 2 ferrets, a 3yo male and a kit female. Gizmo the boy died of stomach disease. Poor Gidget was so distraught she took to biting me on my ankles and refusing my touch. It’s hard when you both are grieving (you and your pets), esp when u can’t talk it out w them. We eventually rehomed her with another loving family w multiple animals, and she started to thrive again. I’m happy Gidget got a new start. Now, I’m finally ready to get new ferrets cuz ppl like you keep posting such wonderful content and encouraging me to not give up. Thank you 💕😊
You are so sweet, thank you so much❤️ I’m so sorry about the loss of your sweet boy.. no matter how much time passes, we still hold them so dear to our hearts🥺 I think you did the right thing by rehoming your girl and giving her a new chance where she’d be more comfortable! That takes a lot of heart to do what’s best for them❤️ I recently had to rehome a foster kitty that I had for a few months that I was planning on adopting and it was the worst but I know it was for the best.. sending you lots of love and encouragement on your potential future ferrets!! :)
