    Step 1: Make the Coffee Base
    In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water until the coffee powder is fully dissolved. This creates a concentrated coffee liquid.
    Step 2: Add Condensed Milk
    To the coffee base, add 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk. Stir everything together thoroughly until the condensed milk is fully incorporated.
    Step 3: Mix in Cocoa Powder
    Next, add 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder to the coffee-condensed milk mixture. Use a whisk or hand mixer to mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth, uniform chocolate-coffee batter.
    Step 4: Fold in Whipped Cream
    In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-coffee batter, incorporating it fully but being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
    Step 5: Add Nuts for Decoration
    Finally, mash or finely chop some almonds (or another type of nut if preferred). Fold the mashed nuts into the ice cream mixture.
    Step 6: Freeze
    Pour the completed ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours, or until fully set.
    Once frozen, the coffee ice cream with nuts can be scooped and served. The coffee flavor, chocolate notes, and crunchy nut topping create a delicious frozen treat.
