    Hello,
I'm hoping you can tell me which methods of curing olives preserves more of the polyphenol content. I know much polyphenol content is removed during curing to make it more palatable and it's a topic that interests me.
    Thank you

GREAT video John! And I love your-pick farms too! Just wondering do you have any tip and/pr product recommendations for getting rid of pesky misquitos? They are TERRIBLE in my yard this summer for some reason, and it really sucks!

@emily I tried the mosquito coils. Just light it and place a few around where you will be. I tried a few things and it's the best so far.

Hello Im trying to buy vacuum blender. Sorry for off topic. Can anyone recommend something? up to 700$. There are so many of the products yet so many mixed reviews. Was going for Kuvings SV400 but there are too many reviews stating that vacuum stops working after some months or sometimes works/doesnt work. Tribest Dynapro has like half opinions stating that it broke and died definitely. Is there something reliable on the market? Thanks for any info.
