Locate the Handel on the front of the wheelchair lift pump
Enter into the vehicle and locate the pump side.
At the bottom locate the instructions that will follow this video.
Insert the end of the Handel on the t connector
Rotate the screw counter clockwise 1/4 turn to open the valve and the platform will begin to unfold.
Rotate the Handel clockwise 1/4 to close the valve.
Repeat rotation of handle 1/4 counter clockwise to lower platform to the ground.
Tighten the valve back tight by turning handle clockwise 1/4.
Locate manual pump above the valve and insert Handel and begin to pump up and down to raise the platform to floor level.
Continue to pump to raise platform to vertical position.
