Amazing to see them working together again after so many years. Chozen truly shined in CK Season 5. I really hope he returns for Season 6
He has to. They can’t just have him mention casually that he has been pining for Kumiko his whole life and then not pay it off.
Hopefully Chozen gets a critical victory (perhaps a life and death battle for the safety of Kumiko) and the fight ends with "The Glory Of Love" with Chozan and Kumiko engaged in a kiss.

I met Ralph Macchio a couple years ago at signing. He's a great guy. A really nice person. Glad he's doing well again.

Thanks for sharing! Love Ralph’s last story about the letter scene from The Outsiders and Yuji is even more hilarious than Chozen, which is saying a lot. :)
I'm a total Cobra Kai fan....loyal forever! I remember seeing The Karate Kid in the theater back In 84 and it's sequels, but I never thought it would emerge to become what it is now!! Mind blowing and it's become the fabric of our personal lives for millions and millions of us!! 😍❤
It's great to see the both of these guys together after all of these years! I'm a big fan of the Karate Kid films and of Cobra Kai! Absolutely amazing!!
Yuji Okumoto portrayed Zenji Abe (1916-2007) in the film Pearl Harbor (2001).
Abe is a non-fictional character and he was one of the Japanese pilots that participated in the attack on Pearl Harbor, he’s credited as “Japanese Shy Bomber”.
Ralph is still handsome And he still looks young♥

I knew for many years Pat Morita could speak perfectly in English but did not know Yuji could as well. I didn't know anything about him but assumed when I watched the original Trilogy, that he was Okinawan.
The only Okinawan native in Karate Kid 2 is Tamlyn Tomita a.k.a Kumiko. She was born in Okinawa, but moved to the states when she was a kid.
The book is a very interesting read I have read it and found it interesting
