Our QB room is second to none in college football. Our guys are competitive and the push from all of them is just phenomenal. They’ve all adapted quickly to the new reality of QB development and we benefit as a whole from them getting better and better - those practices will be intense across the board.

Excited about the RB room this year after the Spring game. Although I didn't get a good read on how good any of them are at pass protection as I feel DJ is not as elite as Bo in reliable quick releases and could use someone better than what Bucky was in that aspect.
Man it’s gonna be tough if Novosad doesn’t hang around next year. Wanna see him and Dante have success as Ducks

I’ve learned to not put too much emphasis on QBs in the Spring game. After all, Burmeister looked good in his Spring game. Ty Thompson looked good in multiple Spring games.
But, I agree that Novosad had a very good Spring game. As did all 4 of the scholarship guys. Even the walk on kid looked good.
Loved Jay Harris’ game. Loved the D-line overall.

Ty did not look good in 2022 Spring Game. Looked better in 2023 and that showed on the field
Of course novastad was going look more fluid and comfortable, Both dante and Gabriel just got there. Its going to be interesting how some time working with stein is going to help especially Dante develope.
LB is fine - next year we will see all of these Freshman Jamal Hill’d up from the weight room.

Boetcher says giving up football. Also I thought the rule was if a scholarship player in another sport, and he plays football, the the scholarship goes to football, so teams can't get around the 85 limit

Duck question- if Conerly goes pro, name the starting OL next year. They will have to rely heavily on the portal, at a position where there are the least blue chip targets. Tackle depth not good

It feels like the team is full of Dline, and wide recievers. Both positions have so much talent, that its going to be hard to keep everyone.

I'm sure there are ways around it. BUT NIL may also have things in the contract about scholarships
