Great video for the newcomers who are struggling. The only thing I'll disagree with you on is the advice on not using Fire weapons. I strongly recommend on using it if you have Anjanath helm and gauntlets as it'll give you +200 fire affinity, which helps your dps quite a bit. Lock On isn't a must if you're trying to focus on survival it as I'm sure there are some who'll not pay attention to it's attack patterns entirely. I've slain over 200 Legiana prior to the Diablos event last week and have also learned a lot while doing so. Best part of the Legiana gear overall is that the weapons, helm, and chest offer Divine Blessing, which helps a LOT if you're trying to farm Diablos as the helm gives 1 level, chest gives 2, and the weapons give 1 level. So with all 3 of them, you get it to level 4 that gives you 50% chance to reduce damage taken by 60%. And to anyone who read this LONG comment, you're awesome and you got this. @@KINGOFCHARMANDERS funny thing is, I use the Anjanath greatsword for Legiana. Me and 2 of my friends use it along with the gaunts and helm for that 200 elemental bonus, and we immediately unleash our special upon each encounter, and it nearly wipes the health bar down to 1/4. I definitely do agree on using a bow if you're used to the controls for it, though with Anjanath bow if you're sticking with fire damage, you have to be close to it..
@@KINGOFCHARMANDERS I am. I have a strong fire weapon build that involves Anjanath helm and gauntlets, along with Rathalos coil I think as I'm about to farm Rathalos. Getting tier 6 Anjanath gauntlets got me to level 4 fire attack, bringing it up to 350 bonus for fire. Rathalos coil will bring it up to level 5, bringing it up to 500, which is gonna be crazy damage, and gonna get my Kulu greaves to tier 6 at some point for the 15% crit chance, or stick with Anjanath legs for peak performance as I know when to dodge, so that damage bonus is gonna be more crazy. Also using Anjanath chest as it provides 10% damage bonus to special attacks. My max hit is nearly 4k with my tier 5 Anjanath Greatsword using special. Always gonna tweak it and share anything I can with folks needing help finding good builds for later on into the game.

Just killed my first legiana gear setup:
Fire Bow 4.5
Pukei Head 3.5
Pukei Chest 4.2
Lumu Hands 4.2
Lumu Belt 4.2
Jyu Pants 3.5
I just wanted to do a practise run after seeing the attack patterns here and started with barely below 50% health. And actually with the tips here I didnt get hit once. So the divine blessing items werent even necessary. On the other hand as you can see neither a grade 5 weapon nor fire enchant is strictly required to kill one. Although for farming purposes upgrading gear wouldnt hurt XD
@@KINGOFCHARMANDERS Actually killed 2 more straight away, have yet to get hit by it, since watching the video XD Now Diablos is up but still gotta kill a few more legiana for that ice bow. Been lucky with the epic mats only need 1 white and 1 green mat and bow is good to go

6:44 is the only time i would disagree with you. Fire weapon melts legi. I use anja bow and consistently A ranks him
My advice is: If your main build is fire, GO FOR IT!

I'm surprised you're Filipino too. Me playing in urban areas makes this game hard to grind, especially with only few nodes.
Fire is good it took me like 35sec to kill it with anjanat SNS.

Actually let me correct that. It's approximately 82 Legianas
Legiana is so easy to kill, but her prime scales are such a pain in the @$$, I’ve killed 50 and only gotten 5 scales..
Bruhhh its the opposite for me, got lots of the primescale but no webbing drop yet at 20 kll lol
@@typicalgoodguyclub4games that’s better then my luck, I’ve killed 10 6* 50 5* and still the only scale drops I’ve gotten have been from when I killed my first 5
