The period houses of the 1930s had pride and an art deco theme and style to the them.
The new mansions that are being built are Lego soulless buildings our Dave.
Much like any new building plots in the UK now, build them cheap and fast.
Build by so called tradesman still wet behind their ears, and site managers who couldn’t give a damn about work quality.
House builders company maximising as much profit as possible.
