The specifiations on the description (of this video) says it's for people who are older than 5 years old...and weight less than 70 kg. If an adult weights 60 kg, 50 kg....can he/she use it? If an adult has the height of an children (let's 1,50 m; 1,40 m; 1,30 m etc) can he/she use it?
