Great video bro...can u tell me if the little white wire blew out is the whole dryer broken...I put on the new cord just like yours but forgot to put the small white wire with the cords white wire so it blew just the little white wire...I'm stuck
You may need to cut the wire where its damaged and then add back on a new connection part (not sure of name) using a crimper. You can find parts including a new terminal block on amazon.

why the white wire goes with the other white wire. one supposed to be neutral and the other one ground?
Is it important for black to be on right or left
