have yoiu seen the kit blackphillbuilt is making on the 8th gen i was curious on your thoughts about it considering it seems cheaper and better fitting than the cxracing kit
got the battery relocation kit it fits nice

@@DanielKellert i got one in the ktunes intake kit that i run as a short ram into the headlight area then took the tube off the stock aribox trimmed it a little and ran it from the grill to the new airfilter to kind of give it a cold air intake/short ram hybrid effect, you can get it seperate on hybrid racing and honestly you knowing how to werld its super simple to make and fits in the existing battery/box holes

Am doing the same build to my si question did you set up a fuel return line or you just running the stock line straight to the fuel rail
No return line. -6AN adapter to the factory hard line, then -6AN feed to the rail. Block off cap on the end of the rail..
Bov are over rated bypass and enjoy rhe beautiful sounds of turbo flutter 🤙

The idle air assist valve that broke can be deleted. There should be a kit online. All it’s there for is to help your car warm up quicker.

Already got all the fittings I need to delete it 🫡 might turn it into a vacuum fitting too…. Haven’t decided yet 🤷🏻
So we dont need a return line for the fuel?
Most people run a return line if they want to make big power. This is a budget build so we are going to see how much power we can make on a return less system 👍🏼
Hey Bro so I was watching your AEM wideband install video but I wanted to comment here to ask on your rotated down pipe did yours come with a bung for the wideband? I saw you ran your sensor on the bottom where the old o2 sensor went and I’m thinking of moving mine down there but just wondering if you had a bung on your down pipe but decided to install it downstream thanks man.
I ran the wideband where the bung is for the rear O2 sensor, but I cut off the ETS sensor extender & welded a bung so the sensor sits directly in the exhaust stream. Wish I had it closer to the turbo but as long as there is no exhaust leaks it’s super accurate.
@@DanielKellert mine is mounted pretty much behind the turbo and it’s spot on when it wants to work but I just bought a whole new gauge kit in September and it’s doing the dashed lines again and I tested 3 o2 sensor that I have and all 3 filed the rug test but then randomly the sensor will work. I have it grounded like yours and on its own fuse for power. It’s just you know these cars you fix one thing then another fails so I’m just chasing problem after problem with this car.
