Yes the Kelly belt does loosen over time during the day. First time I wore to concert I was moving and dancing to my favorite artist so I thought nothing of it. Second time wearing the belt it loosen and I had to consistently take of belt from around my Dress and re-adjust to my size 26 waist. I sold it it was quite annoying.
