My brother pAst away with pancreatic cancer. When doctor diagnosed already it was on his 4th stage. And he couldn't survive and in 3 months time he past away on 4 th January 2023
Doctor was saying he got very aggressive cancer and doctor couldn't do anything for him even they didn't do keemo.
He was suffering from unbearable pain, he couldn't sleep so many days and night.
