- During cross-examination on Thursday, a photo was presented in court showing Johnny Depp passed out on the couch which holding ice cream in his lap. According to Depp, Amber Heard handed the ice cream to him knowing that he was "nodding out" and took the picture.

She basically took this photo without Johnnys consent and humiliated him. She did it knowing he couldn’t hold the ice cream but she gave it to him anyway. If you love your husband you give him a blanket and protect his dignity. You don’t do this.

Well, Virginia has the second highest number of opioid addicts of the 50 states. Hopefully, everyone on the jury has experience with opioid addiction, either personally or through friends and family. With all of the many recordings she made during their time together, I hope the jury asks themselves why she wasn't able to capture him actually harming her.
The plan today was to show he is a liar. And it was successful. Caught in lies, so the Jury may decide not to believe anything he says now.
The fact that she recorded their lives so frequently, especially when he was in unfortunate circumstances…proves she had intentions of using them against him.

Really how does the “ice cream photo” even add validity to Ambers case? She’s claiming he was physically abusive to her, how is sleeping on the couch with melted ice cream supposed to prove that? It shows evidence that his drug use likely aids in him doing things a rational person would much less likely find themselves having done. It’s just an example to paint the picture of what heavy drug use can result in. I.e. people behaving bizarrely. Exactly, who does that! Unless you are in fear for your loved one's life and want to show it to them to urge them to get treatment, there's really no reason to take that photo. Especially not when you hand them something before you know they'll fall asleep after a 17 hour work day.
If you’ve ever been with an alcoholic or addict, sometimes having videos or photos of what they do / how they act can be helpful when talking to them sober. You get frustrated and sometimes you take pictures, to show them what you have to deal with.

I was infuriated when the attorney asked Johnny if he thought he was “intimidating” by hitting kitchen cupboards because he’s “male and bigger” than Amber. It sends the message that it’s ok for Amber to launch vodka bottles - because she’s female.

They’re trying to paint an image of him as a substance dependent giving reason as to why he was behaving differently than the character witnesses from other parts of his life. The same way so many of the lines of questioning from his lawyers had nothing to do with the pair of them, but they are trying to build an image.

I find this photo endearing and relatable. How many of us have fallen asleep on a couch, holding a drink or a snack, after a long day at work or out and about? What is it that Johnny Depp is actually guilty of? I have been watching the press coverage of this trial for the last couple of days, investing nearly maybe 6 to 7 hours in total of CZcams videos. I find it absolutely fascinating and cannot turn away from it. Johnny Depp really is worthy of admiration as a person I believe. This and his situation, as well as Mel Gibson maybe 10 or 12 years ago, are the closest and most relevant things that I can relate to back to my own second marriage where I married a narcissist and had my life completely turned upside down, they’re just so many similarities from which to draw parallel to, And it happened so insidiously and so subtly that I didn’t know it was happening.
