This was perfect as a vanity desk for me. czcams.com/users/postUgkxMAlHv7-BBWMrPRm5-uEoD6rtdT7SG2Qr Especially the glossy finish. Easy to cleanI was looking for something that wasn't the traditional white and with more of a modern feel. This fit the bill beautifully. I put it together with no problems, by myself in under an hour.Make sure you double check where you place the drawer tracks before screwing down. I had one track that needed to be aligned with different holes than the rest.
Great work, thanks for sharing. I used this to build my son’s patio table
Great looking table, you just inspired me to make one like this, thanks.
Thanks for the excellent plan and how-to. Very well done and mine will be using synthetic boards.
Solid table guys, came out great
Good work ! Will use yr project as a guide
A beautiful result of your work. I think it's a great table. Thanks!
Looks great ! Thanks for the video
My next project! Thanks!
Awesome!! Thx for sharing
Thanks for posting. I am going to use your plan for the table top but put 4 vertical legs in the corners. Mine will be taller but won't be as long and will be more narrow with 2 shelves under the table top. My wife wants an outdoor buffet table.
That's a great design. Love it
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Great work, thanks for sharing!
Do you happen to have the wood cut list for this? Love it!
nice job! I plan to build one using your tips
Great video. Thanks!
Awesome job guys keep doing yu thing
Great Job!!
Bam! Did this one this weekend
Great work
Perfect. I Like it Lots of good simple ideas. Thank you!
Very nice table ❤
Love the simplicity of the look, beautiful table. Unfortunately I don’t think my husband would be able to build one he he he.
Dude you look like Tim Tebow I really like your table
Nice table. Are the legs really made of 4x4? When you're drilling the legs for the toggle bolts they look like 3x5. I'm planning a table and outdoor sectional sofa out of WR Cedar too. With the flat feet do you have any leveling issues? Thanks.
Amazing
Do you happen to have the DIY plans? how long were the boards and what other?
Nice 👍
I LOVE this table - how would I adjust the design to build one that is 12 foot long by 4 feet wide? Any ideas? Any help is appreciated!!
The chairs looks great with the table, may I ask where you got the chairs?
Hi Reno!
Could you share the list of tools and items (Epoxy brand, sand paper, sprays, varnish etc) That you used. I'd love to build my own but am starting from scratch. Also, did you use termite resistant varnish?
Hi. Nice table and work. Wondering if the table top warped over the season? Planning on making one this winter in similar fashion but the wood we have here if quite wet these days. Thanks for replying.
I would suggest adding some extra screws and support if that is the case to prevent warping. Ours has held up pretty well but we could have added glue and extra screws to keep the seems tighter.
Cool
Did you leave a gap between the 1X material?
It’s hard to tell and I don’t think you mentioned it.
I do like your table and I’m going to build mine this week.
great work guys. Beautiful
I love this table. I’m looking to build table this size. Would you be able to share the dimensions and size?
Was the cedar that you used, treated cedar, or untreated?
What size wood did you use? Like 2x8 or what did you have? I’m still debating on what I’m going to go with. Definitely going with a shorter table though.
2x6 for the top border, 2x4 for the bottom frame border, 1x6 for the table top, but you could use 5/4x6, and then 4x4 for the x legs-2x6 bottom piece.
Nice job, what kind of wood did you use?
cedar
Love the table, but you might consider providing dimensions, measurements and wood type. People watch a video like this for specific, step-by-step advice. You wouldn’t watch a how-to cooking video with no recipe.
How much did it cost to make it, total?
How much did it cost you with all the wood material? Great job btw!
what type of wood did you use?
How has it held up with seasonal wood movement? And cracking and splitting from summer heat to winter ice and back ?
It has held up well! But we do keep it under a shelter in the winter so there isn't snow piling on it
That’s what I came here wondering.
What size are your border boards?
What was the cost of material?
What type of wood did you use and how long did you want to stain it?
jj14simon The wood used is cedar. I built the table back in August and wasn’t going to stain it, but after the 8 months the wood had gone really grey. So I decided to stain it, I had to sand down the entire thing to get all of the grey off of it. If you don’t want to stain it I would suggest treating it with a clear coat and coving it when you can to keep it extra protected. If you want to stain yours then do it right away and add a clear coat so you don’t have to sand it as much as I did.
Nice table, nice young couple
It is my first time using SketchUp, but I built a model for this table. Thought some folks might find it useful: 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/92d10384-5849-46fd-92ae-5ef0a1d64e4d/10039-Patio-Table
That's awesome - thank you!
This is amazing thank you
How has the table held up with wood movement?
Its been very minimal. In great shape still!
What was the total cost?
nice table but I would like a plan
I'm make one for my deck and put unbrella n middle
How you paint color waterproof ? Thanks
You can seal the wood by using polyurethane, varnish, or lacquer.
What bench height did you use ?
18 inches
Okay, dude, I was with you until you started on the legs. You lost me after that. I don’t understand how to can determine the overall height without first mitering both ends of the 4x4 as the height will change based on this. Can you help me understand that part? It’s a great build and exactly what I’m looking for - seating for 8 people. I might have missed it on the video but, what kind of wood did you use and which pocket hole jig (mini?) did you use? Thanks for any help offered!
How much did it cost to make that size table?
What type wood is this?
We used cedar.
Where did you get the chairs?
Lowes!
@@RenoReady thanks
Dimensions?
I did the same with Woodglut :)
It is nice but somehow the top looks like a door
Beautiful table and well done job, one thing don’t involve the wife in the video, with all my respect to women’s but this is your video
Thank agai.
