  • These days, I'm embracing the power of nutritional yeast on everything - especially eggs!
Adding pesto to this dish brought a lot more freshness to the overall flavour. I love adding herbs and lots of garlic to my foods.
I'm not sure if you know how wonderful nutritional years it.
Lately, it's been added to almost everything I'm eating.
Nutritional yeast is low in calories, flavoursome - filled with nutrients. If you don't eat any dairy, nutritional yeast could give you back that delicious cheesy flavour.
What are the health benefits of nutritional yeast?
Not only is this seasoning delicious with a cheesy flavour, but it’s also filled with B vitamins and trace minerals.
In only two teaspoons of nutritional yeast, you get 3 g of protein and 2 g of carbs, plus
    Iron,
    Fibre,
    Folate,
    Potassium,
    Niacin.
    Vitamin B12, B6, B2, B3
One of the most important nutrient benefits is that nutritional yeast is a rare complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids. So, whether you are plant-based or not, the added benefit of protein is a must for all of us.
I recommend you read the brand’s label because they all have different nutritional values. I use Braggs nutritional yeast, as I have grown up using their products and found them top quality.
