triple j’s chemistry is no joke!!! i love this trio. finally jamie and heejun have another mc who matches their energy or balances it out. after seungmin left the two other mcs didnt quite match jamie and heejun. i love woosung but he was too quiet and so was yuri. but jaeyun is perfect. hes not too quiet and not too loud.
Heejun's got his... odd moments tho lol and then Jaeyun and Jamie have to bring him out of his own little world haha

This is such a cute episode. I wish the MCs would be this playful with the guests more often. It's so fun to watch.
sadly asc production added a rule a long time ago that say MC should not be too friendly to the guests and have to follow the script, I think it's because Jamie (female mc) in the old asc when se was joking with others idol received a lot of hate and basically she was suffer of cyber bullying, and when she wanted to leave the show, they begged her not to do it, so i think this is the reason that she doesn't seem to happy most of the time. if u what he the le asc u can really see how the show changed and how the mc change the type of interactions that they have with the guest (also it’s kinda sad how the whole set changed because the old set seems a lot more comfortable than this one). anyway sorry for my bad english and for leaving a long comment like this 🧍🏻♀️
@@juwonieeee I've been an avid watcher of ASC since 2016 because of Jamie and I witnessed how she gradually toned her playfulness down and became more careful around the guests as time passed by. Not really sure if it's just because of the hate she was getting, or she's growing up, or maybe both. It also didn't help that the show became more and more awkward because of the changes they made, be it with the mcs, the segments, and the set. It's sad that ASC just isn't as fun as it was before.
But once in a while, we still get golden episodes tho, like the ones with ATEEZ, PENTAGON, STRAY KIDS, TXT, AB6IX, A.C.E., and this one. I feel like the enjoyability also depends on the guest. When they vibe with the mcs and get their humor, the mcs tend to let loose and freely joke around with them and we get fun episodes like this as a result. But I understand that couldn't be the case every time because a lot of the guests, especially rookie groups, are too nervous or careful since it's live and so scripted now.
I just think if they let the mcs take over a bit more like how it used to before, then maybe there would be hope for this show. Honestly, I only watch some of the episodes now because of Jamie. She's literally carrying ASC on her back and that's probably why the producer won't let her go.

This episode felt so good and familiar to me. The cook-off was almost as chaotic as when Eric, Amber, Peniel and Kevin cooked a few years back. I miss these times. It felt so good to see Kevin and TOO are just adorable munchkins. ~~

i don't think he was offended and he wasn't saying that to the fact that Jamie called him baby , it was like this : the mission was to be done by the whole team and they were deciding which team to start off with and Jamie said to start with the babies (TOO team) and Woonggi immediately told JYou to do it by himself (because none of them understood that it was a team mission so Woonggi was just trying to sending someone other than himself xD) and TO THAT JYou asked Woonggi : am i a baby ? and made a weird face like a humph face 😆😂
So yeah he was never offended or making faces to what Jamie said , it was a response to Woonggi trying to push him to do the mission alone because they only understood that it was a team mission after JYou asking that because Heejun explained in korean that it was a team mission so everyone had to do it xD
Catarina Lage I think you misunderstood what I wrote! What I meant was that I thought he was offended by being called a baby because he doesn’t think he’s young enough to be called a baby. But in reality the too members are way younger than heejun Kevin and Jamie so he is a baby from their point of view

Responding to what you intended on saying : they are legit a lot more younger than Jamie , Kevin and Heejun but at the same time JYou is older than Woonggi so as he was being told to do it by Woonggi he maybe was just insinuating that the babiest of them all is Woonggi and not him so if someone have to do it is Woonggi 😂😂😂
But at the same time is true that he was probably "offended" (not really offended that is a strong word but I can't find one better rn 🤡😅) by being called baby because he is already 20 years old this year (normal age) and as boy idols in general like to feel like adults , they don't enjoy being called babies , there were a lot of them saying that in interviews and JYou does give that type of vibe ahah he likes to feel responsible and adult-like 😌😆😂
