*I realize the High E mechanism is based on the Selmer design (literally visible in the same shot), not Yamaha. Don't know why I said that.*
This Selmer Mark 6 alto sax has been modified to be operated with only the left hand, and can play from Low D to High F. All the modifications are reversible so that the instrument can be returned to factory condition if desired.
