One last thing: We are told in 1 Corinthians 13:4 that love is PATIENT. If you truly love Jesus the Messiah, be patient with Him. He will come when it's time for Him to get us, and then 7 years later (when the Great Tribulation is over). And just think: His true children will be standing right behind Him at that time!

It is Satan that keeps man blind to God's word:
Jesus cried saying, “He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life” (John 5:24). Jesus said “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him,” meaning God's power and spirit (John 6:44). Jesus said “For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that *I came out from thee,* and they have believed that thou didst send me” (John 17:8). Only those who believe God has sent Jesus will have eternal life (John 17:3).

If one knows satan, they also know God. They are not blind, we those in the human flesh have a choice.

I disagree with the gun part of his sermon. Jesus never used anything but His faith that the Will of the Father would come to pass in His life. Whether that be an ability to escape a mob wanting to stone Him, a beating or a crucifixion. He trusted Father yo know what was best. And the WHOLE reason Jesus had Peter bring a sword was to teach the lesson He taught in the garden. "The cup the Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?" And later, in captivity, he told Pilot, "you can have no power over me unless the Father in heaven give it."

Why is he saying church? Jesus never said anything about a church. These people weren't a part of any churches or religions. Jesus said for them to preach the good news of the coming of the kingdom of GOD and the holy Spirit was with them.

      Keep listening to the Epistles,
Apostle Paul does mention the church, because he was sent to the Gentiles. Most of the NT is Apostle Paul’s letters to the church.
