  • Good Will ,186's Q repair.
The original clutch assembly in its entirety, bonded together, not allowing any coast at all.

That is what a siren should be like. I think they are better than all the electronic equipment. You can here them now matter what.

@@roycox320 Just listened to the video again that siren is not as good as a “Q”. The “ Q” is on the vast majority of equipment by far.

Did you buy this through federal signal? Where have you found the best deals on somethin like this?
I’m looking to buy this exact kit.

Nah, it wasn't through Federal directly.
Because that would be letting them r a p e me. Their prices for parts is outrageous.
A distributor out West I believe is where I was purchasing the clutch kits from.
Before shipping costs, I saved like 50 dollars. I had to search online for dealers of their parts.

      I just found the paperwork..
WF Gear ,is the company name.
The statement is from 2 years ago and the clutches were $113 a unit.
I know that they have went up in cost since but...they're still lower in cost than directly from Federal .

  • @josueefrainmontalvoibarra9657

do you sell them? as soon as?

17:08 - that's exactly why "flat-blade" screwdriver sucks. Especially when you have "unified" head with Torx.

I don't know much about these sirens but in terms of old vs new is there much of a difference and is the expression of it ain't broke don't fix it apply? Ps love the vids bro

    • @fmartinjr
      @fmartinjr  Před 3 lety +1

      A difference..yes.
And it was broken, so I had to fix it.
This Q siren was belonging to a Pumper-Squad.
Besides the Squad, a sole Attack pumper are the only structure fire suppression rigs.
