A season that was more than I expected. In a context in which it seemed that we were going to seriously fight for permanence, we were adding points that moved us away from the relegation zone and to be very comfortably in the standings. In between we had great victories against City, Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Tottenham and the derby against West Brom, we have also had tough defeats, but in general it has not been a bad season despite not having ended it in the best way.
As a Chelsea fan, congratulations for Wolves for staying comfortably in the standings to be in the PL next season. Before the season started, there was a lot of drama surrounding the club (previous manager, transfer sells) and most analysts predicted for Wolves to be relegated. But the manager did a fantastic job helping y’all stay up and hopefully it can improve from there!
but, was it offside? I believe no. He was on the line. The fact is that I bet 5 games and in that one goal goal & over and I lost just for that goal Wolves "didn't" score 😐
Fantastic efforts by all our players, only spoiled by the officials again ! All of our great Wolverhampton Wanderers team have been magnificent this season & hope we still have all the players here next season. We go on "through adversity comes strength", we will be great again. Love Peace & Happiness to you All 🧡🖤👋
Well done this season lads. Not the ending we were hoping for, but we were safe very early on. The fact that fans are annoyed about not finishing top 10 says a lot about how well we played this season and almost skims over the fact that everyone (including a sizeable number of Wolves fans) thought we'd be relegation fodder. Hopefully, we'll get some new recruits in, strengthen the team and make a stronger push next season. COYW

So the best manager we've had for decades is fired for finishing 13th in his last season whilst playing largely dull football involving an apparent tactic of getting it to a tricky pacy player to carry our only goal threat whilst having a small squad and horrendous injuries to key players of which he is blamed as part of the problem.... Meanwhile Gary 'Bruno Lage 2nd' O'Neil finishes 14th having secured just 6pts from his opening 18 and just 5 from his last 30, embarrassingly and hilariously dumped out of both cups by lower league opposition including being 2-1 up in the 96th minute... And still losing the game... While playing football which involves getting it to Neto - a fast tricky player to carry our goal threat and once he was out the performances and results speak for themselves, being directly responsible for player injuries as he insisted on playing players in red zones of player health, somehow managed to coach any defensive instinct out of every centre half in Dawsons absence... You got rid of Nuno for less, you sacked Lage far too late, history is repeating itself and we've all seen what will happen without the few quality players we have, Neto for example... It'll be relegation, and we can all see it!!! Time to get a proper manager and backroom staff in.
