They were three of the greatest singers, songwriters and musicians and stayed incredibly humble throughout their lives. There will never be another group like them. Rest in peace, Maurice and Robin.

I loved the Bee Gees, I wondered what happened to them. So when they did a live concert on national TV in Las Vegas 1997 I was glued to the TV, it was spectacular. Also I was able to catch them on Oprah and the View. Thank you U tube, now I'm able to watch them perform every night. Maurice was fine as wine and I love his energy and personality. So glad he was able to turn his life around and enjoy his beautiful wife and children before his demise. Won't God Do It!
Rest in peace Maurice, Robin and Andy. Barry keep on performing as long as your able. ❤❤❤❤❤

Robin wanted more solo for himself - not realizing it was a collective harmony that made them great. Barry was cooperative, but still felt his voice mixed better with all three together. Their split proved that Robin was not a solo act, he needed to mix of his brothers to be successful - and the riff between them never fully recovered - but Robin knew his "stardom" was only going to be through his brothers. Really is true on how this mix was unique and truly one of a kind.

🐝 Gees vocals and harmony is unique, every band almost including Beatles used their songs and lyrics. It was unfortunate that third attractive younger brother decided lime Robin to go solo. But both attempts failed soundly, while with the younger brother lead to his early ending. Bee Gees always will be in our memory to the last days. It was also incredible to realize how the Celine Dion vocals matched perfectly BeeGees vocals. BeeGees we love you and we’re grateful for your existence. RIP brothers the one that are not anymore with us. BeeGees for ever!

At. This stage any comments about one or other of the brother is sad and misguided. Bothe Robin and Barry discovered early on that collectively they were better than as individuals. Many of their greatest hits were the inspiration of one or other but developed together with the help of some superb and talented producers, technicians and musicians.

It breaks my heart to sit here and listen to all this absolute bs…. Okay, in their early career they were responsibly good, but as time went on their credit as talented musicians quickly declined. I think mainly because of barry gibbs narcissism… not to mention his over filled mouth of teeth. It appears that in order to accept that when compared to his two younger brothers, barry was no where near as talented, so he was always drawn by his narcissism to demand the lead role, the limelight. Any fair minded person looking back now will agree, that of the three brothers barry lacked the talent of his brothers. Many will agree, that being the eldest, he considered himself to be right in demanding his self imposed superiority. Go take a look at all the many thousands of pictures, of video clips… in each and every one it is barry acting the big I am….and in everyone of those, it is barry proving that he was/is the least talented. Seriously folks…compare the bee gees with Dire Straits. More talent and skill in mark knopflers little toe than in the entire bg’s set up…. Queen, Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, David Bowie, Marc Bolan. Geoff Lynn of ELO, jeez…that guy has forgotten more musical ability than the 3 bg’s ever had in the first place. Roger Daltry and Who, Pink Floyd, Roger’s and Walter’s, The awesome talent of Eric Clapton, Ummm Robbie Williams ???. Are you guys really saying the talent lacking bg’s were / is better than any of the really talented guys listed above. I’ve not even started to compare the 3 with Female vocalist from England yet. I can probably add another couple of hundred far more talented musicians than the bg’s…So…. It’s reality and truth be told time… Robin and Maurice were reasonably good musicians, unfortunately held back by their talentless, elder brother suffering narcissism, and a huge mouthful of teeth far better suited on a race horse, or given his overall lack of skills and abilities perhaps a farmyard donkey is more appropriate for him to be compared with 🤓 My own sincere belief is that had the bg’s not gone to america and got lucky, they would have fallen and disappeared here in England in the late 60’s just as far more talented musicians than the bg’s did back then. It is one reason why so many outstanding and talented musicians from England have done brilliantly throughout this world, English music fans being far mare discerning, you gotta be on top of your game to survive in music over here.
