Missing the older disco dance trends. Since 2006 this Norwegian fitness dance is in and since then nothing changed. Throwing legs, turning fast.... Where is the dance itself actually?????
@@francescoforner3079 I do not wish, I was there, enjoyed, loved it. But sometimes I would go to watch competitions or maybe one day train some kids to do so. But I see no fun anymore , no dance. Back in time it was an amazing thing because you could mix so many styles, forms and each country, schools had their own moves. Now is homogenic and gymnastics with amazing outfits.
@@Str4wberrychampgn probably if I say a critic or opinion about it , I know and did the style. The older forms were dance, they had colors, more movements. Now it is only gymnastics with the same costume lines and movements. In early 2000’s Norwegians ruled the top chart in disco. Sadly, till these times their style is copied and dance got lost. Only legs, turns and jumps and often not technically clean. It is still dance and should be dance. Watch dancers from 2001-2005. You will be surprised!
@@luckycharm1 Yes, there is ballet in it. I'm not sure which elements do you consider gymnastic though. There's no backflips or aerials. Maybe you wanted to comment under a different video (?)
