As a great lover of music and a musician, it's my humble opinion that pretty much after the early to mid 90's that music across all the popular genres took an extreme nose dive. Unfortunately a lot of music of today doesn't have that "feel good" factor to it, let alone even being played by "real musicians ". There will never be another great era of music as the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's. And never forget....real singer's, song writers, producers, arrangers and musicians equates to "timeless music".
