They work on solving the problem. They aim to relocate refugees to a safer place where they can leave their refugee status behind them and start improving their loves with all the opportunities available to them that everyone else gets.
Now let's look at unrwa. Started with almost 700k palestinian refugees now almost 6 million. They don't relocate they want them nit to move anywhere.
