Lloyd looked part humored, mostly FASCINATED.
I fear Lloyd has ended up a bit like his character on TAXI: overindulgence of booze & drugs has affected his mind. He freely admits so as well and it shows in a lot of interviews where he has trouble focusing, recalling names, etc. He's sober now (or so he says) but you can't undo decades of abuse sadly ...
@SgtBaker16 Yeah it is. During a Q&A session at a convention in 2015 I was at, one guy asked about his roll in Fringe a few years before that and Lloyd completely blanked. "I was in Fringe?" It was very awkward for everyone. So he recovered and admitted that his memory was shot to hell due to years of substance abuse. Later when someone invited him to share a drink he said "only if it's water, I had too much of the other stuff and it hasn't done me much good".
He was expecting it to not be very good, but was actually impressed.

In the original song, when he says "What is Christopher Lloyd like?", all he says is "Kinda quiet", so I don't know why he didn't say it here. For Crispin Glover he says "Unusual", which I 100% believe, if you've ever seen him on virtually any talk show over the years. He's a strange cat, for sure (but fit the part of "original" and "improved" George McFly perfectly).
Tom didn't say it because Lloyd is near him.
I think it was kind of an inside joke since Cristopher WAS being kinda quiet at that moment, so if you know the song its funny.
Crispin was getting a tour of my gym by a real estate agent back in 2002, fully bearded, I went up and said Hi Crispin Glover, she was shocked, how do you know my client, he smiled, I said he was in Charlie's Angels, he started naming all his movies, very nice guy, we had a laugh, she had no clue who He was.
There was one panel in '18 in Canada where Tom said "Very Handsome" to the Chris Lloyd question, and Chris was sitting right next to him

Knew nothing about Tom aside from seeing him in the movie, but after seeing a few of his appearances and his stories I have to say he's the greatest actor and raconteur and all around nice guy since Mark Twain. Just terrific.

He's like Bruce Campbell, he's what's called a working actor, he appears in a lot of things but remains relatively obscure.

Well ,Michael J Fox has retired even from voice acting. He recently received an award for lifetime achievement in philanthropy, and his Parkinson’s has gotten really bad. He gave a good speech, but said he couldn’t walk and carry the award , so his wife, Tracy Pollen came on stage to carry it. He retired because the Parkinson’s was affecting his ability to memorize his lines.
