    Nice, I just purchased 4 of these for Nikko DTG. I got 2 7890 and 2 7900 Love these printers.

  • @jameswhite5911
    @jameswhite5911 Před rokem +5

    Nikko unplugged the Red and yellow Plugs from the motherboard for the vacuum because its not necessary if you use good quality film, plus its very loud and annoying. I have ran hundreds of prints without the vaccum and the print head has never touched the film not once on any of my printers. You just need to remove the back cover which is really easy and you will see the plugs, because you will eventually get annoyed by the noise.

    I have this same printer and use DTG Pro inks running 3 white ink cartridges and still not getting vibrant opaque white ink coverage. How is your white ink so vibrant are you using DTG Ink or DTF Ink for the white?

    Hi i have one SC P 6000 convert in DTF I would like to know how to get reset ink fleas for my SC P6000? I bought chips usable 3 times once and from the machine to recognize them more I am blocked because of this problem! I also have an F2000 a SC P 5000 and a 3880 !!

    • @IronDesigns813
      @IronDesigns813  Před 3 měsíci

      so unfortunately there isnt a resetter for the p6000 the thunderbird is a hybrid of p6000 and main board of another printer p5000 is great and 3880 is the most color consistent but slower than the p5000

      they each have their strengths but yes i do. i dont need to set a minimum like screen printing, eco solvent is good but you must still cut and weed. no thanks lol its all print powder cure press the easiest method and my shirts still kicking it almost 3 years later

    Please What is the acro rip DTF colour arrangement on Epson Surecolor P7000

    • @IronDesigns813
      @IronDesigns813  Před 3 měsíci

      with acro rip you can choose any color arrangement, it starts from left side of printer to right the order, i usually put cymk in their respective colors and use lc lm for whites and leave other side for back up or fluorescents (can only be done if you have acro rip youll need to change between the two to print regular dtf and fluorescent dtf

    I converted epson scp8000(same printer) 44 inches wide. Im in europe so no problem with refillable carts with auto reset chips. ive never seen a maintenance tank resetter anywhere in the world for the scp6000. for 2 or 3k its a good deal, but for 10k not so much. 180 day warranty only, so good luck with new print heads every 6 months, i know because thats what i did. my guess is you got it very cheap or free and the rest follow, at full price. I would call brother ernest if i were you.

    has anyone experienced ink starvation on the cyan ink on the 7890

    • @IronDesigns813
      @IronDesigns813  Před rokem

      ink starvation occurs when the ink is too thick,
      when capping station is clogged,
      when dampers are clogged,
      or when manifold is clogged,
      ink carts get clogged and the spigots of the carts gets clogged,
      if youre referring to banding, widen the platen gap.

    Sad to say, you got scammed. This is an American Epson P6000 sold for $2500 Brand New. Those scammers buy these used for around $500 and replace the American Motherboard which is limited to around 6 refillable cartridge resets and replaced it with the SC-P6000 Chinese motherboard that is unlocked, that only cost around $175. Then they resell them for over $10,000. plus shipping Ridiculous

      With the amount of people that tell me this, yet.. no one can help someone else do that.
      So many people with dead p6000 yet it’s only 175 to convert like this? Some people prefer to pay the money than to deal with it. While clearly others can’t do it. So each to their own right? I will however say this is ready for you right out of the box everything needed to start within the hour. Also .. they sent it to me for testing and reviews and what they can do to improve :) I didn’t get scammed I got blessed!

      @@thecomiccircuit that’s the problem they will say all of this yet not teach anyone. Nor help anyone do it. Or charge a kidney to give the info.
      I’ve seen getting rid of my printer post … for. r1800 3k and 4000 models 3-5k lol used and clogged. Each to their own tho. I’ve seen people import from China for 1/3 of the price and end up with something they can’t fix or broken and only get their shipping money back or nothing at all.
      Also machine 3k plus stand plus carts plus extra chips plus resetters plus the extra tanks plus software it’s a literal get it all in the box transaction.
      I’ve converted all mine and I’ll still tell people to do so. I’ve looked for p6000 info and NOT ONE PERSON WILLING TO SHARE ANY INFO … I do an introduction now people want to speak! Why not speak when people ask about p6000 help.. yet chime in in the Thunderbird. 🥴
      I’m going to vlog the good the bad and the ugly for those who have one or want one or just support my journey!
      Because I’m my circle we build tables and build eachother up. And give rachee all info we learn and test.. not just mouth! Sad that this world just takes the time to chop on people growth.
      If you really want to help people then put the info out not just saying it when you’re trying to bash a company. ☺️

Put on all cartridges and it won’t even show that they are installed. Will have to spend a day on the phone with epson. Spent 15,000 and can’t even print anything or get a clear answer!!!
