I have the same one and I think I’m curing wrong. How do you like the 115 for 120 seconds? My prints seem like they are fading during the curing process a little and I’m trying to figure out why. I’m using 125 degrees c for 135 seconds. Also, should the vent remain open at all times?
Did you find what temperature is best ? Because I’m having the same issue I keep getting pinholes on my prints when curing and I already tried lowering the temperature and putting more time but when I do that the film doesn’t cure all the way
if youre getting fade your white is mixing with your color, lower the percentages if its too saturated, also humidity plays a role for pin holes and the print being too wet prior to powdering or prior to curing or both! depending on your inks and film you may need lower temp longer time, again if the print is too wet prior to powder and or cure itll stay oily and cause pin holes. let print sit prior to powdering until matte dryish and then powder beware youll get humidity ring around the print if you humidity where print lays is high.
It's mostly likely the same unit, just rebranded for DTGPro. That's quite common in this industry. The Pro World TransPro Plus 16x20 heat press I'm waiting for is the same as the Galaxy press, but different colors, and it turned out to be several hundred dollars cheaper overall.

Hello I use dtf pro inks and also have acrorip 10.5 I’m new to it I use cadlink but switching to acrorip. Does DTFpro have there own icc profile ? TIA
I don’t use cadlink or icc profiles however DTGPRO does offer icc profiles with acro rip.
I unboxed mine today. I turned on the machine and it is not heating up. Is there something I need to do for it to heat up?
check that the wires at bottom are connected, or that the fuse on the back of the plug is on right
