  • Woman with Orcas. Paddle Boarding with Orcas. In Baja California orcas have been visiting this area below San Felipe for past 5 years. If you look closely there are two adult females teaching their young how to harvest cownose rays. Look for white patch in the mouth. The woman in the video has lived on this beach for over 12 years and has heard stories of these rogue orcas playing with boats. She respected their space. At the end of the video you can see the large orca still wanted to share the sting ray with her as it followed the paddleboarder to the beach. Please subscribe to our channel. More videos soon.

That's the live orca show to watch, in their natural habitat and not in a tank. I liked that she respected their space and removed her paddle when they were near. I think these beautiful creatures appreciated it as well and gave her a private little show. Loved it. 😊

They used to think chimps were harmless to humans, but we now know how dangerous they are.
Just Look at the sea world girl. She was murdered by that orca. A bear can kill you an eat you, but they cant murder you.

@@all_bets_on_Ganesh You are ridiculous. Those orcas were being cruelly treated for decades at Sea World! It's just like the stampeding elephants at the circus and finally they snapped and said no more. Orcas are smart and sweet natured unless you enslave them and make them perform eight times a day and feed them small, old, stale, frozen fish. It took them decades but they finally revolted. So...a bear can't murder you but an orca can? You seem to have an abnormal dislike for orcas and I don't trust anyone who hates the kind and beautiful orca.

For something so large, they are also remarkably precise in their movements. But if they played with humans the same way they play with each other, they would do a lot of damage. Yeah we are delicate creatures who have overspread and to a large degree altered the planet like no other species in Earth's history. Our strength is not in the robustness or size of our bodies, but in what we can invent and carry-out as cooperative groups. And it is for that reason it is ultimately to their own benefit that Orca do not consider us as food and treat us with restrained curiosity. Captive orcas can be dangerous because they are confined which is not in their dna. They need to travel in the open ocean with a pod because they are social and like to hunt for food. Divers swim with them all the time. They can be jerks to other marine life because they teach their young through play even though they don’t always eat their prey. Having said that, each animal is it's own individual and has it's own personality. While this is a wonderful video and obviously an amazing experience by this very fortunate individual it was not without a huge amount of risk. I have seen a video of a man paddle boarding off the coast of Southern California I believe where the two female Orcas began nipping at the board.
