Defective from factory

This has been my real experience with a ‪@Philips‬ #coffee machine. This machine won’t pull in the water. There is not pressure, and nothing functions. This machine was sealed when brought home.
The worst part is the US #customerservice. They made me jump through hoops only to deny to fix or replace the machine. Overall a 0/10 for this product, both for quality AND customer support.
