I used to be an avid follower but became stressed by all the moves. Popped in to see how the new house was doing and BAM! Another move. My father was a builder. We lived in a shed while he built our house then sold it before we moved into it in order to build another. We then moved into another shed, then another. As migrants I am proud of how my parents got ahead but I lament not having a house to call home. As kids we were resilient and went with the flow but looking back it was traumatising especially having to leave friends behind when leaving an area.
Dear Knorpps, I have been with you almost since the beginning - I think you had 10,000 subscribers, and I have seen you in and out of houses, doing a million projects, traveling and raising an amazing family. Your 'break time' sounds a perfect pause and I wish for you that you continue to build happy memories that will last you all a lifetime. While living in such small quarters has its challenges, it also brings you even closer together (no pun intended). May you have a joyful and restful time. All the very best to you.❤❤❤❤

I feel so sorry for poor mike,,,all that hard work he put into the house,often into the night. and now its gone before he had time to enjoy it....hope the next house lasts longer so you can relax and enjoy yourself.
lol..reminds me of my mom..she has owned and lived in 9 homes plus also lived in cpl different rentals ( in a span of about 60 years) since she was 21 (she’s now 83) Remodeled every single one of them and was never happy! I think the longest she ever lived in one house in my lifetime is about 6 years. I hope they made a good profit to make it worth the upheaval.
I have missed you. I figured you would be busy with the sale of your house and moving. I got teary eyed when you did your final walkthrough of the house. You put so much love into it. You should be proud. I can't wait for your next adventures. Love to you and your family. God Bless! ❤

Do your children ever get tired of moving and not being in one place long? I say this because I'm an Army brat and all I ever wanted was a stable place. Never felt like any place was home due to moving all the time.
It's none of my business but I had left a comment a couple videos back about how those kids barely got their rooms set up and they're packing their crap up again and then once they reach a certain age they have to go away for 2 years which is either here nor there but😢 kind of makes me sad to not see the kids be able to call place home very long and they just went through this big home renovation and then the kids waited for these Renovations in this house to go through to be able to move in to this house it's just weird I know his parents sometimes we have to put our wants and our things to the side because you know stability for my kids comes before my wants of traveling in this and that and I'm not trying to be judgmental but I just kind of feel bad for the kids and it's not that the kids don't have loving parents and you know a roof over their heads and they traveled before but it's got to get exhausting and you get your hopes up to do a bedroom and pick pink colors and then before you even have the paint even dries on the walls you're packing your crap up for some unknown situation it's like you can never just feel at home and settled and have a routine and a job and sometimes I wonder If part of the reason is that they do no education for their kids and no school so they can just keep dragging their kids all over
Well all the kids seems to immediately leave for a mission far away so doesn’t look like they’re too stoked to stay home with all that instability

I was worried because I knew you were dealing with a lot with the move, and now I realize you were dealing with a lot MORE than I even realized. More power to you all. Glad you are all on the mend, glad you are taking a travel break. It has indeed been a pretty intense, housing-focused several years. You've been working incredibly hard.
Also - thank you so much for the inspiration. I'm facing a big move myself, this summer, and watching your footage reassured me. It's hard, but it's doable.

The kids seemed kind of I don't know what to call it sad Maybe the boys had just started working on the car and the one kid likes to do his iron work and now they can't continue to do those projects and invest time and the things that they like and enjoy and explore their own interests and build relationships with other kids and there at the age where a little bit of space and privacy probably would go a long ways Mike did such a beautiful job on those projects in the house all the time effort and energy that he put into them and he did a really good job and that's a very beautiful house

Oh my. I got so emotional during the walk through. Y’all did such a wonderful job remodeling. I had Type A flu. It took me 8 wks before I wasn’t short of breath and any energy. Have fun on your adventures.
I know home is where the family is, when we downsized after our 4 daughters had families and homes of their own I felt so emotionally drained and sad. I can only imagine what your family is feeling after all the loving hard work you put into your home. May God bless your family and put joy into your next exciting adventure! Wow! Just listening to this is totally stressing me out!! I don't know how ya'll do it!! You two always go with the flow and just ride out this situation. I'm not that way. I would be totally stressed because I have to have alone time and the RV doesn't seem to offer much space for that. I enjoy watching your family be cause you all seem so chill.
It's interesting to me to note that almost their whole family are all 'air signs' as in their zodiac sun signs, and it's interesting how their 'chillness' and maybe adaptability fits with that too. It's so interesting to see how the zodiac sign thing does seem to apply here and there.

I’m watching your video a second time this morning. I watched it for the first time last night and it was so emotional watching it. I couldn’t comment, until now, as I watch a second time.
Your family pours love into every aspect of creating a home, whether it’s moving into a new one, or packing up.
To be preparing to leave again must have been difficult. That said, it is clear that family comes first and that you navigate all that you do with faith. That is a good example for us all, and you are good examples of how love for each other makes sacrifice easy.

I was trying g to remember when I found you. I think you were on the road. I definitely remember talking about home schooling and then unschooling. Your kids have proved beyond doubt that that it works. As a life time primary school teacher( elementary in usa) I am converted...if all the elements are together. My son and I just couldn't have done it!!

Why ? They're not being idle on their phones or computers they're experiencing team work self sufficiently helping out, the boys practically learnt how to build a house ! Can't you hear their laughter in the RV after a huge tiring job, they are a united family in easy and hard times and that's some lesson to not just learn but live by. You can't miss the love in this family so no I don't feel bad for them at all :)
They thrive on this. You must be new. They traveled the world before. They love this.
Why do they move so much??
This family is tight. They're amazing. They have huge hearts and are so relatable. Dont know where you're coming from with your comment. I grew up abused and abandoned. These kids have loving and present parents, they're secure, loved and encouraged to pursue their passions. I'd love to have grown up in this kind of family. xo
That sounds like an assumption based on how you personally would feel if in this situation, but it does not appear to be based on anything we've seen. The kids look perfectly happy and well-adjusted. Please consider that you may only be projecting your own feelings.

I suspect they never intended to actually live in the house, but rather to fix it up enough to sell it for a profit. The children are transported from one house to another. Now they have to live in the caravan again. I feel sorry for the children

I could not hit play quickly enough. 🎉 So glad you guys got the packing, closing & moving done. It is unbelievably stressful I know. After reno’ing our house last year for sale, we knew we had to purchase and move into something pretty much perfect. We had NO emotional room for house ‘stuff’ of any kind…. And God sure showed up and gave us something perfect. ❤ So happy that you guys will enjoy a little breather /adventure.

Welcome back. Miss you all. We moved 4 years ago May 2020 the pandemic the worst time ever into our forever dream home. Moving was a triathlon right? Insane. Every muscle hurt, black & blues from head to toe. Physically & mentally exhausting I know. I’m still in shock we live here. Hope you find your perfect home. You really know now what you really want & what you need. Happy travels. Keep us posted. God bless your family. Hope you’re feeling better. Last Christmas I was deathly ill with the flu for a month! Happy you are okay. That flu is aweful went thru all my family. My daughter and had the same symptoms couldn't walk or stand long. She got over it and I had a relapse and still have a cough. ❤❤❤✝️✝️✝️

I was a timid, introverted child. I was raised in the same house. If my parents were nomads, it would have unglued me.
I can not imagine the unstably of the constant moving and renovations have caused the little once’s! Hopefully someday Mom and Dad will finally find some stability in a “house they’ll stay” for a few years. They definitely love chaos and overwhelming change! Personally, I need more Consistency and stability.
It’s so not like that for these kids/family. They thrive on traveling and moving.
You guys inspire me to be a better person at storage, work ethic, and cheery disposition while doing it all. Thank you for sharing this with us. But not going to lie, I teared up on the final walk through......

I figured you were packing & stuff. Since I just did the same in a 5 week period from notification to finding accommodation to moving then lost my job, I was certain you were all in the thick of it.

Congratulations on your sell of your home. I been trying to sell my home since January 2024 after having it for 33 years and we fully remodel it from top to bottom and no luck because we are in the center of attraction of DW, universal plus now the new pack epic universal in Florida this is a perfect home for $399k. Been with you guys since day one... Still enjoy watching you just as much today as I did all those years ago. We ourselves use to RV and even though we are in a home now we constantly yearn to go back to it... That bug never really leaves you. Thanks for All the hard work you guys put into making these videos. It has been a rough Spring for illness around where we live as well.Glad you guys are on the mend.
