I FOUND OUT HOW TO PUT THE SOLID TIRE ON EASILY!!! After trying for 2 hours with a boiled tire and WD-40 with no success, I tried something new.
    1) Put the room temp solid tires in the microwave for 3 mins.
    2) Put on gloves. I started with rubber gloves, but the tires were too hot to touch so I used leather gloves.
    3) When the tires are done heating up, rub dish soap on the inner part of the tire.
    4) Then take the tire to the wheel, make sure the arrows on the tire will be facing toward the front of the scooter
    5) Wrap the wheel from the bottom and force the tire on. It will go on pretty easily without much force. I didn't even have to use levers for this.
    6) After it's on make sure to straighten the tire by using a long tool to poke thru the honeycombs and pull the inner part of the tire toward the center of the wheel.
I took it out for a ride after this and it was perfect. I got back home without a popped inner tube for maybe the first time ever. I hope this helps somebody out there!

@@surfactor777 Solid tire scooters are actually cheaper. Most people want pneumatic as the solid tires ride hard and has less traction. I want to ditch them and put pneumatic on mine. The key to not have flat is usually keeping the pressure higher. At 32-36psi you won't have issues while at low 20-24psi it might get puncture. Also depends on the tire manufacturer. Some blow out faster. I could try using the green slime, maybe that will help on the pneumatic.

I just replaced an air tire after wrestling with it for an hour. You may want to lubricate the tire AND the rim. And use zip ties to keep it in place. Place the axle between two wooden blocks so the wheel is stable, it will allow you to keep the wheel in place with one foot and with more then 4 spoon handles you can push the tire in place.

I had huge issues getting the mini screws out, the main nuts were so tight i couldnt getting them to move even hitting the spanner with a hammer. Then when it came to getting the solid tire on - its a mission. I boiled for 20 minutes and rubbed vasoline around the rim before pushing it on - youll need three screw drivers to act as tire irons but i managed it after 3 or 4 goes. i dont imagine that solid tire will ever come off now! hahah.

At first I didn't liked the first suspension because there was too little travel, because the mudguard touched it while it was springing, then I bought the second and it was even worse.
Then I switched back to the first big suspension again and removed the fender, now I'm happy
It's fun with suspension and 10 "tires.
I now drive over lawns or jump stairs with it, without suspension i don't dared to do so.
      greets :)

Its a good video but i can tell you easier way. I try lots diferent ways but at the end just one worked. So you have to heat the tire in the water as this guy telling. After tire heated up put some oil on top of the tire and on the wheel it self so it is slippy as hell. Place tire on the top of the wheel and then stand up with your legs. Apparently your legs are more powerful than arms. I was able to squeeze this tire into place with my body weight and some feet movement in approximately 30 second from oiling part 😁
    1 heat
    2 oil
3 squeeze with body weight applying pressure with your feet.
