I always hear that neuropathy is incurable. My husband is a runner and he has neuropathy in both of his feet. Using your protocol have you ever had anyone get rid of their neuropathy? My husband doesn't believe it is possible . Thank you for everything you do and all the information you provide! I am so grateful. I've been telling everyone about your green smoothie protocol.

Her smoothie shred program is similar to Ann Wigmore’s ‘Living Foods lifestyle’. I had the opportunity to meet and participate in her two week class. Her Puerto Rico Institue continues (at least before the big hurricane). She was a ball of energy at 83.

I look at greens I shake !! I have chronic vein problems in my legs . The blood doesn’t flow the regulators flaps stopped working . My veins collapse
and serve fainting pain . The vitamin K would kill me. I do have a medium salad but I mix it with head and Romain .

Dr. is very enthusiastic. But the high vitamin k in green veggies for those of us who have blood disorders she doesn't address. Sorry. What helps me is fasting and obtaining high nutrient dense foods from other sources. Yes, it is more work and more food consumption to get benefits. Dr. Greger has pointed out that only 1tablespoon of flaxseed because more would lead to toxicity it has cyanide. 😉

Dietary fruits, vegetables, and their products appear to provide some protection against the direct impairment in endothelial function produced by high-fat foods, including olive oil. (FYI canola isn’t healthy and fish has micro plastics and TMAO)

Which foods? Eating veggies & doing the green smoothies is a very cheap way to eat. You can get 1 pound of organic greens at Walmart for less than five dollars. You can get organic carrots for about $1.25 per pound, you can get a bunch of organic broccoli for around three dollars. Meat cheese and processed foods are the most expensive foods by far! Cheese is at least five dollars a pound and it doesn’t last long, beef which is incredibly bad for our health is at least $350 a pound for hamburger at Sam’s Club. All the snacks like crackers and chips and even popcorn are incredibly expensive unless you go to the dollar store. Where the products have more preservatives and other ingredients not healthy. Unless you eat pasta every day with butter, or cheap ramen noodles, there really isn’t a cheaper way to eat than vegetables.
