I’m with you Jim on the cow thing. Had a couple of scary moments with some cattle myself and if it wasn’t for a barbed wire fence I reckon I would have been trampled by them. Those things can run fast let me tell you!

It didn’t take the bunnies at the rugby club too long to realise your presence was bad for their health. I am looking forward to your review on the new day/night scope. Thanks Reg and yes that is correct. The first one was on top of the bales and wasn't a safe shot as the farm house/ buildings were behind. I'm sure I will get my chance just that night wasn't it, so it was just filmed. Thanks for watching 👍

And yeah wish I did have the shotgun with me. They have been going on the marshland at the bottom of the farm so you know I will be having a go at those. 😁

When I lived in Jersey and I asked the farmer about the bulls he had on the other side of the hedge that we wanted to hunt he said 'I know that you know the difference between a bull and a rabbit' LOL

Hi Paul. That's great news mate I hope you enjoy using it. As for zeroing all depends on the ground you are shooting on, meaning safety reasons. Mine is currently set at 55 yards however I'm going to be re zeroing out to 70 yards. Thanks for letting me know and let me know how you get on with it. Also what ammo will you be using? ATB Jim
Im out on my permission up at York on a dairy farm tonight, fields are about 600 yrds by 400 yds, Iv zerod it at 60 yds, using Winchester subs 42gr Got a pard 008s lrf on it Thanks Paul

yeah i totally agree and the fact there were baby cows being looked after mummy cows 🤣 I had to be very careful walking about.

Sounded loud for a 22lr.
I found it depends on what scope I'm using as to how it sounds. When I use the Alpex it sounds like a spring rifle going off.
