You've gone to great lengths to picking out the Glock 26 as your concealed carry weapon of choice. You've made a great choice. Now shouldn't you go to the same great lengths in picking out the IWB holster that you are going to carry it in? After all you're depending on your gear, that is your gun, your holster and I could make the argument for your belt to defend your life or the life of someone you love. Isn't it just as important to pick your holster out the way you picked out your gun? As I said the Glock 26 is a great concealed carry gun and I want to show you a perfect holster to go along with it. I bought one of these for my glock 19. Very comfortable. If you cant wait on the long lead time, dont buy. For me, the wait was worth it.

Very nice. Makes sense on the comfort and draw. Really like it. The aluminum fitment makes sense right on. The strength and connectivity of the main clip is good. I prefer a metal clip for the decreased profile molded around the belt. Maybe the same alum material could be used. Thinner spring steel works. Smoother arch around the belt. All around comfort looks good. Nice holster. Imma check it out.

I am thinking about picking up this holster for my Glock 26. I usually buy Glock 17 holsters to run my G26 in for appendix carry to keep it stable, so it does not tip away from the body.
My question is does the Glock 26 come in standard 3.4” barrel length or do you manufacture the holsters in the longer length to fit multiple Glock models like some other holster companies?

Anthony what belt do you typically use for edc? I have one of your original max holsters and it's a good design. I did swap out for a discreet carry clip for thinner profile but always loved your wing bar. Simple and effective!

How does the fabric hold up to sweat over the long term? How easy is it to clean? Living in a desert, there will be ample amounts and so ease of cleaning would be a must.
If u check out TactiPac.com there is an FAQ section. I use it every day in Louisiana and Mississippi - 90-100 degrees and 70-100 percent humidity. If u just look outside u sweat! Lol. Should be no problem in the desert. Spot clean / hand wash and air dry is the best method.

Thanks for the comment. The Kydex that contacts the gun is softer than the finish of most modern, polymer, striker fired pistols. However, any material contacting the slide finish over time will wear the finish eventually. It is inevitable. Kydex is much better than say leather or other material though. Less friction and softer material. You can see markings on the slide finish also as the Kydex wears off on the gun slide. These markings rub right off the finish of the gun. What is the purpose of the neoprene wedge option? I guess it pushes the top of the gun in more.

How does this work for portly fellas that appendix carry?
If you currently carry appendix with no issues other than needing some padding for comfort then this will help reduce the pressure points. If you can't carry appendix because it prints etc. this most likely won't make it any better unless you are not using a claw or lever type device. Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment. Why not get a holster made of material on both sides?
Thanks for the comment. No, Kydex is a much softer material than gun slide steel and the slide finish on most modern, striker fired weapons resists scratching very well. Kydex DOES rub off when it contacts the slide and you will notice that if you just literally rub any Kydex mark on the slide with your finger that it immediately disappears. This is a full kydex holster and the soft backer material is sleeved onto the Kydex shell. A rigid holster is the very best for safety, but a soft backer is the very best for comfort. So, stating the obvious we put them both together. At the end of the day, all holsters will produce some wear and tear on your self defense tool. Kydex wear is very minimal comparatively. BUT after all, a gun is simply a tool for every day carry. If you don't want it to get worn like a tool you shouldn't carry it, but put it in a display case and then buy a gun that you aren't worried about getting scratched etc. Thanks for the comment. Takes about 3 months to make since all of them are made “by order” and then around 3-7 day’s shipping depending on where its shipping to and how the shipping process goes as far as weather trust me you will get it you just have to be a little patient with this product

I have an alien gear holster. It is a high quality and comfortable holster. It is perfect if you are going to wear it all day. However, it is NOT easy to take off or put on. If you are going in and out of places like courthouses where you cannot carry, then this holster is far superior. It reminds me of my old Sidearmor, but more comfortable.

What about for fat dudes or guys with a gut? Front draw would be perfect but sitting down with that in my pants seems painful with a bit of a gut.
If you currently carry appendix successfully then this holster will only make it more comfortable. If you don't already carry appendix then it may not help at all. I would suggest using a cheap holster to try carrying appendix first and see if it is even remotely possible. Hope this helps. God bless you and yours!
