The card mode addition was actually really stupid for once here is a game with awesome gameplay and they give you a goddam cardgame DUMB!!.
For me dlc 1 and 2 are better because of the transformations. At least its all i need to keep playing the game for a long time. Because of ss god, i never stopped playing the game and now ss blue is going to keep me playing even more.
Do you have to beat the game before playing dlc 2?
Kinda think the new dlc, as it's an "arc" will be TOP just to get UI Goku in there.

Not really into card games so I didn't really care about the multiplayer so I'm happy that dlc 2 is above average for me

Remember when the devs said they wanted this game to make you really feel like goku and friends? With their power no wonder you mop the frieza force when you're multiple levels ahead of them thay makes sense with resurrection f and scaling respectively

Honestly, I like the card update, I like the Dragon Ball Heroes game and I hope they turn that dlc into something a little more interesting in later years
I think it's sad they don't have the CC2 quick time events like in the Storm series that they are so famous for.
@One-track Mind I found the system they used in three to be quite fun with what happened when you failed or got all the stars
What a Dragonball single player game needs is to be its own story. Don’t just make people replay the series. Or a reimagined series like in Dragonball Xenoverse. A Dragonball rpg needs to not be afraid to create its own alternate storyline. I’ve already watched Dragonball, Z, Super, and GT. I would like to play a story where I don’t know what’s going to happen. Like and alternate timeline. Kind of like how marvel for awhile had the main universe canon comics and the ultimate universe. And others. Or even a future Dragonball story where most or all of the current characters are dead and you play their descendants. You can still play through Goku’s life, but you can play a different version of it.
Also, you could have different routes that unfold based off the decisions that you make. Giving you more freedom as to play the story. Allowing you to play a more evil Kakarot (not black) or a more morally grey kakarot. Or Goku based on his personality. Or you could cause different events to occur or open up. Like hell maybe you could piss off Bulma and she goes and makes her a brand new villain... with science. Not Cell.
More customizability. Like, Maybe you don’t have to play as Goku. Maybe you could play as a unique character you create. Or if you do play as the other characters you could change them up. Maybe they learn attacks or abilities that they didn’t gain in the show. Or you could just dress them different. You could have also incorporate Easter eggs, or shout outs, clothing items, and other accessories based on stuff from other Shonen jump anime.
The ability to collect Dragonballs on both earth and Namek or New Namek or even super Dragonballs. Give a range of options to choose from for wishes. Including those that motivated characters in the show to collect them. Immortality, riches, or to revive someone, or gain information. Maybe you can learn something from a wish you can’t elsewhere. Like how Goku and Vegeta learned about super Saiyan Gods.
Also, allow npcs including villains to collect Dragonballs. Possibly causing a confrontation or problem to come later if you don’t stop them before hand.
Create forms and abilities that don’t exist in the show. Like idk. Ultra instinct disco inferno god. It’s like ultra instinct but, your hair reflects like a disco ball.. which the reflection has solar flair attributes. That’s a cheesy example but, something different . Or customizable forms.
Or even start off following the same story but, create different routes based on decision. Like what would happen if Goku let Krillin kill Vegeta... or if Radditz raised Gohan. Or if Nappa betrayed and killed Vegeta instead of the other way around. What if Cell came back in time during the Saiyan saga. Or Buu was awakened during Dragonball... which yea Buu would annihilate everyone probably... as would cell but... their alternate routes. Maybe playing through a reality where the villain wins could be interesting.
Dragonball games have always had a certain rigidness to them. They Don’t experience the much. I’d like to see them embrace a little more flexibility and take some risk. I mean even Xenoverse is really just Dragonball all over again with outsiders interfering with things ... though it is still interesting.
Or hey... maybe a mini game should be baseball with Yamcha..... or annoying Devil Artemis’ Cell. Lol they could atleast acknowledge DA in a game. That’s be fun. Or Team 4Star. They won’t but, that’s be neat.

Well, as long as people keep investing consistently in the now boring as hell Dragon Ball series, then that's not going to change.
Maybe start off with base characters and build them up to your liking. All their known abilities and strengths are stripped. So you could have Vegeta that has no strengths or abilities. As you play and progress you get to teach him new skills amd abilities and level up his punching and kicking power. Teach him different martial arts abilities and ki blast attacks. That way, every character turns out to be the way you build them and train them. Giving the player way more freedom with how the fighters play and what they are good or bad at. Also, you've gotta be able to change outfits and what not. It would be cool to have these things to play around with. I just wanted to add to your ideas. 👍

You have to go to bulma house talk to android 21 and train till you get to king of ki
You don't need king of ki. Auto transformations, alone, stop your ki from draining.
@@soulsurj4782 King of Ki is helpful by reducing the amount used during Supers. I think max is 20% and that 20% may make a difference.

The lvl 300 frieza fight is pretty cool, I like to experiment between different transformations and moves with goku and vegeta, while stunning and surging to get some cool animations. I did the same with beerus at the first DLC, now I can both beerus lvl 300 n frieza.
Look at Globku like a nerd dodging Frieza’s attacks. Me on the other hand just press circle and hope
Dragonball Z merchandise will never die and im glad Dragonball Z deserves the recognition it gets on each video game with endless DLCs on the ps4 I might get back into Kakarot after seeing this video.

vegetas new galick gun is actually chargeable and the new level three hundred beerus and level three hundred freiza is also in here, ssb has the unique effect of having extended surge time
How to I get frieza to 300? After I beat him at 170 that's it I would do time machine but don't want to waste time if it be just as easy as before
@@adamglover6800 oh all you have tp do is the sub stories that are part of the dlc after you revive freiza again and can fight him in his own type of mode that you can do over and over again

I will say, I did want the Horde battles to be more...exciting. Like in the Valor one, if every now and then a Bosses would show up (Frieza forms, Buu, etc.) Spice it up. Or just tougher enemies/variety. Tho...I did go up to 6k lol so still had fun.
Side Note: on the Transformation Kids management thing. I'm pretty sure ya just had Auto God in, so that's why it didn't drain.

I’m upset that the regular super saiyan aura when you power up isn’t yellow/gold it’s still blue aura which looks the same as the super saiyan blue.. they should fix that in my opinion.
To me, the end of this dlc might be hinting at broly as the next dlc, but since the next dlc is said to be even bigger, I'd say the next dlc might involve zamasu or even the tournament of power. I'd prefer a broly dlc imo but I'm excited to see Kakarot's take on either DBS arch mentioned

@@OtakuUnderground92 in color? Yes. Plot wise though it makes sense. They hit a wall in the buu saga with their saiyan transformations. Super took those limits away and added more heights for them to reach.

What you said about the lvl thing for horde raids does not really make sense to me. The goons aren't supposed to be strong and you are supposed to be able to destroy them like in ROF. The horde battles are also impossible if you are 20-30 lvls below them so that wouldn't make much sense. This story is such a pain if you are below lvl 130

Honestly I'm kinda glad I waited to buy both parts. It's fun yes but I can attest to the fact that Part 1 just takes Kakarot's leveling system, crumples it up, and throws it in an incinerator. It hands out Sacred Waters like candy. At the end of the Buu Saga, Gohan was the highest leveled character at 85, Goku at 74, and Vegeta at 76. After spending about an hour both Goku and Vegeta are at 155, and Gohan's at 127 and it doesn't help you can do Part 1 without even clearing the main story. I get they want you to have Super Saiyan God and it gives you a means to get there but I had to restrain myself from overleveling.
In the anime super saiyan blue also drains amount of ki so it makes sense that they made this
I had started playing other games like 4 months back (last i played kakarot) and a few weeks ago i had a hankering and saw the dlc downloaded without my knowledge. Best few mins ive had in a good while lol
Hoard most isn’t too bad at level 300 the only issues is that they come in from different angles so you have to get use to build combo meters quickly re adjusting your view to where the enemies are grouped then active the multi crowd attack which like you said afterwards you can a big ki super , z combo or just keep attacking to build the combo to 999 before doing z combo for max accumulation enemy annihilation.
Next up has to be “what if” dlc i gotta see ma boy Bardock shine in ssj3 with this art!
I bet that the 3rd is gonna be the rest of super with the champa arc, goku black arc, and the T.O.P with the mini arcs like the copy vegeta arc being side missions

I would enjoy this game more if it had xenoverse combat. I hate how even more simple the combat system is in this game.
All I have to say is that if you are just smashing only the attack button on the froiza force, than its obvious you dont know how to play. That's what the combos are for. I think is awesome how the camera jumps back and forth keep up with the camera movements. Is what I actually love about the fight with Freiza. The only thing I would change is that they should of added more characters in the fight instead a limited amount that spawn at a certain time. Other than that, everything else is perfect. Also I kept all the Characters including Goku weaker than what Freiza and Berus are so it wasn't a walk in the park. Try beating Freiza at 300 with Goku at 200 or 250. Than we can see where people skills are. Best fight I ever had. There was no reason to level up your character to the max before you fought Freiza.
Next gen upgrade is coming on Jan13 2023 🔥😍

they did a great job with this. I wish the Ginyu force Zarbon and Dodoria were in the original movie. I also wish Goten and Trunks were there too, they are way stronger than Master Roshi

The new dlc that is yet to come will be probably the T.o.P arc with 2 new forms (i think of it just because the saga were universe 7 was vs 6 were kind of little compared to T.o.P, correct me if i am wrong)
I disagree about the horde battle mode. Ya it’s incredibly monotonous if you ignore the z combo system and the assists. But this mode made really good use of those systems and made me use them for the first time. I love building up the assist meter and taking out hundreds of enemies at once.
The last dlc has to be Top we all want ui and blue evolved

I think Broly would make a fun fight, but I think his story is too short for a "Story Arc" dlc. I'm hoping for Goku Black & Zamasu, my personal favorite DB arc, though the Tournament of Power is probably more likely. But honestly... Blow me away with the Moro arc. No one would see that coming.

Do you think the last dlc is gonna be ToP? A lot of people though it'd be the Goku Black saga but ToP would give Goku and Vegeta new transformations and at the end of this one the narrator says something like "Is this the last time Goku and Frieza meet? Time will tell"

This DLC is definitely much better than the first one. The biggest problem is that most of the people who play it are over leveled, because they grinded to Level 250 for the last DLC, now fighting a Level 170 Frieza. I guess this is not this DLC's fault though, the last DLC was really bad. Can't wait to see what they do with the next DLC!
The simple solution would be a difficulty setting.
But if you notice you dont one shot lvl 170 frieza like you usually would. They buffed him in the story for that reason. And then of course at lvl 300 frieza is insane hard
@@That_Derpy_Dude Yeah, you don't one shit him but the Golden Frieza Boss Fights are very easy if you're overleveled. The Level 300 fight isn't really hard either, just get to Level 300 with Whis' training and spam your Special Attacks.
