Meet Ms.Vidya Deepak.
She teaches Bharathanatyam, exclusively for ladies above the age of 35, at their pace, in a convenient time, using the traditional structure adapted for the individuals' strengths .
Ms. Vidya Deepak is a passionate dancer, a yoga practitioner and has been practicing dance for the past 30 yrs.
She did her initial training under Guru. Smt. Chitra , subsequently from Guru 'Natya Visharada' Smt. Padma ( Disciple of Sri Dandayudapani pillai and Sri Pakkiriswami pillai) and from Guru. Smt. Hema Rajan.
She has done her Masters in Bharathanatyam from Sastra University. Currently she is learning “Karanas” under the guidance of Dr. Padmasubramanyam.
Vidya started performing in Sabhas, Temples, and Cultural centres at a very tender age. She had performed in Dance Ballets with 'Bharathanjali' of Kalaimamani. Smt. Anitha Guha.
Vidya's innovative Dance shows were part of 'Vruksha Montessori school' 's Annual Day Celebrations.
Ms.Vidya is also a passionate and trained Fine Artist from Stella Maris College. And also a self taught Animator with celebrated movies like' Enthiran' & ' Naan Eee' to her credit.
Presently, she is learning Bach Flower remedy from Dr. Bhuvanesh
( Naturopathy doctor and 'Phd' in Accupunture )
