Hello, I struggle with adding planned dates to my to dos as there are so many. How do you keep on top of this without having to keep adjusting dates?
I keep an eye on what I already have on “that” day and make sure not to overload it, with meetings or tasks.
It’s hard though to manage it all. The fact that you are watching this type of content shows you care and are trying to do the right thing.

Hi, I use one note primarily, as I have to use windows in work. At home I use apple notes.
